About this house rental
Entering on the ground level through foyer, where you will start to hear the waves crashing and the smell of the ocean, this leads to a tiled downstairs family room with large smart-TV, multiple leather lounges and sliding doors opening onto the entertaining area, lawns and swimming pool, handy to relax and watch the family play.
From the garden & heated pool area is a private gate leading to the beach that is only a few steps away.
Also on this level are two bedrooms, a queen bed and two singles, with built-ins and a combined bathroom/laundry with WC, shower and washer and dryer.
Meandering up the sun lit staircase is the magnificent first floor with double height vaulted ceilings and multiply sky lights. Enter into the open plan lounge, with TV, dining room for 10 and fully equipped kitchen which opens onto a covered veranda at the rear (street side) ideal as a parents escape to read a book and to the front (oceanside) is a large open deck with outdoor lounge and dinning area and a chill out zone.
The east deck overlooks over to the beautiful blue ocean, gardens and swimming pool.
Also on this level is the master bedroom with ocean views, built ins and an outdoor lounge area on the outdoor deck. The second bedroom also opens onto the deck and overlooks the ocean. The upstairs bathroom has separate shower and bath.

Amazing holiday home in an incredible location. Whales spotted daily, dolphins every second day and a flock of Yellow Tailed Black Cockatoos also visited. Would love to visit again in the future.

This was the perfect place to holiday and for family to join us at Christmas. From the beach (including quick & easy access) to the pool to the upstairs and downstairs spaces...perfect!

Overall we had the most amazing time, the property was so amazingly clean and was everything we had imagined it was just like the pictures and the description , the only thing we thought could do with improving was being able to access water from the front driveway so we could have washed the salt off our watercraft we like to keep our skis very clean and flushed after use and had to wait 6 days to do so .
But that did not change our 100% satisfaction for the property .

We loved our short stay here, the house is beautiful and well equiped with everything you could need. The pool is such a great addition for not so confident swimmers and of course the beach is spectacular to look out at from the master bedroom. James was so warm and communicated quickly and was accomodating to our need for a late check out so we could see our family before we left. Would absolutely stay here again and again!
