Public transportation and ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available. The pool may be heated during cooler months for an additional fee of $75 per night or $400 per week. Requests and payment must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival to ensure it is warmed and ready at check-in.

A strict zero-tolerance party and event policy is enforced. The City of Scottsdale takes noise complaints very seriously, and violations may result in fines or removal of this listing from hosting platforms. Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
For safety and compliance, the home is equipped with a Ring doorbell camera, used only to verify occupancy, monitor disturbances, and respond to emergencies. The property may also include a Minut noise monitoring system, which tracks decibel levels but does not record audio or conversations, ensuring guest privacy while protecting neighborhood peace.
Pets are not typically permitted. Exceptions may be considered upon request. If approved—or if a pet is found without authorization—a $175 non-refundable cleaning fee will be applied.

There were 7 women, and the setup of the house and backyard was great for our girl’s trip. The only negative was that the ice maker on the refrigerator does not work, and the countertop icemaker does not produce enough ice. You definitely need to buy ice. Otherwise, the location was exceptional, and the neighborhood was very quiet and clean. We highly recommend this house for a friends or family getaway.

Comfortable and conveniently located house with comfy beds. Outdoor pool area was great, we bbq’d and played corn hole and bocce ball. Plenty of space to enjoy a long weekend with friends.

Over all stay was great! Few things need fixed. Outside tv remote needs batteries. Outside outlet doesn’t work. Ice machines don’t work
Could have used a good clean before we arrived floor was black when we wiped something up base boards has inch of dust. But communication was great!!

This was a great location, near all the Scottsdale locations. Plenty of amenities around, with walking access to a nice recreational park. Home was as advertised. Questions were answered right away. Would definitely use again.
