The Barnacle is a light, airy, carefree, and spacious beach home! This upscale, modern home is located in the private gated neighborhood Villas of Frangista in Miramar Beach, FL. This spacious 3-story, 8-bedroom, 7-bathroom vacation home features a private pool that can be heated in the winter months. Guests also have access to the private beach access on Hollywood Street which makes beach trips easy! The community is located off Scenic Highway 98, very close to the popular Whale’s Tail restaurant and beach access. Take the complimentary 6-passenger golf cart we include over to the Silver Sands Premium Outlet Mall (home to 110 designer and name-brand outlet stores), just 2 miles away. Also within 2 miles of the home are countless restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, CVS Pharmacy, 2 large and popular public beach accesses, and much more!

1ST FLOOR
KITCHEN: The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops and is fully stocked with a stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, Keurig, blender, griddle, crockpot, and all the utensils and cookware for your cooking needs.
DINING ROOM: The open-concept dining room has seating for 10 guests, plus an additional 4 guests can sit comfortably at the kitchen island.
LIVING ROOM: The living room has a large flat-screen TV, two couches as well as two accent chairs for additional seating, making it the perfect relaxing spot.
BEDROOM + BATHROOM #1: Located on the right-hand side as you enter the home, next to the kitchen, this bedroom features a king-sized bed, along with a dresser and mounted TV. This bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. This bathroom can also be accessed through the hallway next to the kitchen.
BEDROOM + BATHROOM #2: Located on the left-hand side as you enter the home is this cozy, private bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a spacious bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
LAUNDRY CLOSET: Located in the hallway just before the kitchen, you will find a stackable washer and dryer.
BACKYARD: This oasis of a backyard is lush and tropical. There’s a hammock, a large 6-person dining set with an umbrella, a gas grill, and several lounge chairs. The private saltwater pool can be heated in the cooler months.
2ND FLOOR:
BEDROOM + BATHROOM #3: Arriving at the top of the stairs, to your right is bedroom #3. This bedroom has a king-sized bed, chest of drawers, mounted flat-screen TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
BEDROOM + BATHROOM #4: At the top of the stairs on the 2nd floor, straight ahead is bedroom #4. This bedroom has a king-sized bed, chest of drawers, mounted flat-screen TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
BEDROOM + BATHROOM #5: Down the hall and to your right on the 2nd floor is bedroom #5. This bedroom has a king-sized bed, chest of drawers, mounted flat-screen TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
BEDROOM + BATHROOM #6: At the end of the hallway on the 2nd floor is bedroom #6. This bedroom has a king-sized bed, chest of drawers, mounted flat-screen TV, with a private ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
3RD FLOOR:
BEDROOM + BATHROOM #7: Located on the third floor at the top of the stairs is bedroom #7. This spacious bedroom has a king-sized bed, a chest of drawers, and a large-mounted flat-screen TV. It shares a bathroom with a double vanity and shower/tub combo with bedroom #8. Also in this space is a mini fridge and a Keurig to start your morning with a cup of coffee!
BEDROOM #8: This final bedroom is located on the third floor and features two full over full custom built-in bunk beds, sleeping up to 8 guests comfortably. This room comes complete with video games and a mounted flat-screen TV. Bedroom #8 shares the only third-floor bathroom with bedroom #7.

-Each Home is Supplied with Premium SoJo Amenities: 1 Roll of Toilet Paper per Bathroom, 1 Roll of Paper Towels, 2 Dish Pods, 1 Liquid Dish Soap, 2 Laundry Pods, 2 Trash Bags per Trash Can in the Bathrooms and Kitchen, 1 Pack of Kitchen Wipes. Each Bathroom Has 1 of Each: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Lotion, Bath Salts, Soap Massage Bar, Makeup Wipe, Hand Soap Bar.
-Things to bring: Laundry Detergent, Extra Toilet Paper and Paper Towels, Shampoo and Body Wash, Extra Trash Bags, Extra Dishwasher Detergent Pods.

HOUSE RULES:
-This is a NON-smoking property.
-Weddings and Large Events are NOT permitted in this home. If this policy is violated, Eviction and forfeiture of any money paid and County and HOA fines may occur.
-We do not accept packages at the homes but recommend using the local UPS or USPS.
BOOKING POLICIES:
-Student, College and underage groups MUST ALL inquire and get approval before booking. Rates for student groups are subject to change; the price will be determined upon inquiry.
-If a student, college, or underage group is accepted, it will be subject to a $100.00 fully refundable damage deposit per person.
-Check-in Time is 5:00 pm Central Check-out Time is 10:00 am Central
-NO Trailers, Passenger Vans, RVs, Scooters, Boats, or Motorcycles are permitted within the Villas per HOA rules.

Enjoyed a nice stay with my team to celebrate 2024. Plenty of space to relax, play games, and enjoy the pool.

The house was in a great location and plenty of room for our family.
The only issue we had was the golf cart and the corn home boards
The golf cart almost got us killed due to all of a sudden the steering didn’t work like we literally could not steer it. We called and the golf cart company brought us another one but the one they brought doesn’t hold a charge so you can’t go to far from the house and all of the seatbelts didn’t work.
We did not contact the golf cart company we just settled with it. Did t want them to think we were complainers because we aren’t lol
Please bring your own corn home boards the ones at the house should be in the dumpster.
We enjoyed our vacation and we I’ll be back very soon.

We took our 4 Adult children, their spouses and our grandchildren. It was a total of 15. The house was very spacious, very clean with a private pool. We had the pool heated and our grandchildren were in heaven. We definitely made forever lasting memories and this house was a part of them. The free golf cart was an absolute Huge bonus. We can't thank you enough. Connie
