This private suite features a comfortable queen bed, private bathroom, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, air conditioning, and a convenient kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, complimentary coffee pods, cream, sugar, toaster oven, dishes, glassware, and the essentials for short or extended stays. Free dedicated off-street parking is included, and guests also enjoy access to our heated seasonal pool.
Step outside to Winthrop Beach, the Winthrop Arms Hotel & Restaurant, waterfront restaurants, coffee shops, parks, and scenic walking paths. The most incredible hosts, always ensuring we were content and had everything we needed! The bathroom; with both a huge soaking tub and separate shower, was spectacular. Very, very clean and welcoming. I can’t say enough good things about the owners of Cody’s Place. They really looked out for their guests. The property was cocoon like, but also had a fabulous restaurant two doors down we enjoyed more than once. I would DEFINITELY stay there again. We felt like VIP’s!

Absolutely wonderful! The location is perfect and the space is beautiful. Plenty of room and extremely clean. We would definitely stay here again.

I'm not sure if I misread the listing but I had no idea that we booked a stay in someone's basement.
It was mostly clean and decorated nicely but we decided to check out after a night's sleep. .
The host gave us a small refund.
