The apartment is 5 mins on foot to the beach and to the lively Fitzroy and Acland Street, with their shops, restaurants, cafes, and all amenities (supermarkets, pharmacies, etc.), cycling tracks, the local baths (with gym facilities), a sailing club and the famous Luna Park. Tastefully furnished and calm, the apartment also offers a top-quality mattress, free WIFI, a Smart TV, clothes washer/dryer, oven, microwave, a reverse aircon and heating system, and a street parking permit. Our terrace has a locked gate, and a perfect environment for an outdoor drink or keeping pets. The apartment is also a suitable environment for those who want a quiet place to work. A tram stop is outside the apartment, 20 minutes to the city.

This beautiful art deco flat is spacious, clean and full of original charm. The booking process was made really easy by having consistent and clear communication with the flat's owner. She was really helpful in helping arrive and throughout the stay. The space is large, open and was perfect for me and my small dog to stay comfortably for a week. We wished we could have stayed longer. Will be back again soon.

The architecture of this Art Deco apartment is amazing, especially the living room ceiling. Suzanne was a great help and a good communicator. Unfortunately, the outdoor area did not adjoin the apartment so my dog was not very happy without being able to wander outside at will, to have a sniff. St Kilda has degraded since I was last here 20 years ago. It no longer portrays a certain seedy glamour, just an area in decline. It's a pity as the apartment is fantastic!
