About this house rental
This cozy & spacious modern house is a gorgeous place to stay, whether for your business trip or a family vacation. Our neighbourhood is very quiet and safe, located on the south end of Red Deer. Plenty of parks and trails are nearby, and only a 1-minute walk to a playground, basketball, and tennis courts.
We keep it short and sweet with only ONE cleaning request!
The space has everything to ensure you can stay comfortably for the weekend or the month! You will have the whole main suite entirely, with a closet and hangers in each room.
Free street parking in front of the house.
We have quiet and respectful female tenants in the basement that you most likely will never see since the main suite is entirely isolated. The basement unit has a separate entrance as well.
If you need any assistance, I am available by phone or texting.

Great place to stay! Very clean house, quiet neighborhood. The kitchen had all the stuff we needed, basic cooking stuff and dishes, kuerig coffee machine and some pods( bring more if you’re there with coffee drinkers;). Soap and shampoo, towels, comfy beds and

This property was excellent for 4 adult family members in Red Deer for a family event. Very clean, well appointed and allowed us room to spread out but also to spend time together. Excellent value and highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay! The home was so tastefully decorated and clean. The flowering Lilac trees near the bedroom windows were beautiful. It was within a 10 minute drive to all of the places we visited during our stay. A perfect home base for a girls getaway!

My two sisters and I visited Red Deer to
visit family. We choose this rental because it was was walking distance to our aunts and it had three bedrooms.
We were very impressed with the the spaciousness of the rental. All three bedrooms were a good size with the ability to walk around the beds and night tables on each side with good lighting. Large windows with black out curtains and very good mattresses and bedding. There are two bathrooms , one which was an ensuite, one large 4 piece, and the ensuite was a 3 piece.
The kitchen had everything we needed although we spent most of our time invited out to family . It is in a very quiet neighbourhood, with restaurants and shopping a short distance away.
As a seasoned traveller that prefers private rentals over hotel stays, I must congratulate Anuar on the modern renovations and thought he has put into making this a great place for travellers /guests.
