Overall we enjoyed the property. Was very disappointed that the hot tub was broke. Little things like the overhead bedroom light not working and the remote batteries dead put a little glitch in our stay. We would rent again, the view is amazing.

Unfortunately the hot tub was not working during our stay, nor the washing machine. But we were notified of this in advance. We were only staying two nights so this was not really a problem

My family and I had nice stay despite several things not being as advertised. -The hot tub was out of service. I did receive notice a few days prior to my reservation that it was not working, but I noticed on reviews that this has happened to other visitors as well. -The dishwasher was filled with water that would not drain, therefore we were naturally asked to not use it. Probably as a side effect, we had to wash some dirty dishes from cupboard from previous tenants before use.-The windows were so dirty that the view was intensely hazy. Fortunately there was a squeegee in a closet, and once cleaned, the view was lovely. A few minor inconveniences could be improved as well. There may have been more information in the guest portal, but the link didn’t work with multiple and varied attempts. There were no kitchen towels. There were no bath mats or towels to step out of the shower. The batteries in the TV remote were dead.As well, it would be nice to have an extra washer soap tab included (and dishwasher, if it’s working) as there is one per day, but one of those has to be used on the departure day for cleanup.As bed comfort is impacted by personal preference, I’ll just note that the beds are super squishy. What we appreciated:- The host was very accessible to communicate via text. -We really appreciated the luggage racks to roll up the elevator, that was so helpful.-Lastly, the pool was very nice and clean, and a pleasant temperature.
