The kitchen was very well equipped but we opted to eat out rather than cook. The unit was nice and clean except for windows and deck surround that could have used a good wash, making for less than optimal views. Due to inclement weather we did not use the hot tub or deck. Our stay was for two days only and for the most part we found the unit more than satisfactory, well appointed, and comfortable. We enjoyed the peace and quiet, the location of the unit within the building which allowed for a bit more privacy than others, and the proximity to the elevator and limited handicap parking space in the basement level. We did not use the gym facilities or the pool.

This condo is amazing! Stunning view of the ocean, and the hot tub on the balcony was fantastic. Well equipped kitchen, very cute, ocean themed plates and bowls. The decorations were so charming. Very clean, very beautiful condo. Communication with the property owner was easy and they responded quickly to our texts.We absolutely loved this place! It was our first time there but hopefully many more to come.

The condo is obviously "well loved" and could really use a refresh, but the location and view can't be beat. Easy walk to the beach and sunsets from the deck were beautiful.

The unit needs some maintenance. Primary toilet is very loose at floor connection and most likely leaks when flushed into lower unit. Needs to be reset, shimmed and caulked to floor. (I am a licensed plumber making this observation.) The toilet also constantly runs. Need handle on lanai door. The recliners are extremely uncomfortable, as are the beds. Hall bath light fixture is very crooked. Overall it was a pleasant experience though.

Good ocean view. Quiet and private. Much TLC needed. The owner really should walk through the unit to check for minimum standards of cleanliness (stained towels, light bulbs out, missing shower bar, intermittent hot water, intermittent internet, peeling paint, well used bed pillows). The beds looked complete, but lacked support/boxsprings; making sleeping uncomfortable. Kitchen layout and kitchen appliances were well appointed.

Had a lovely stay overall at this property! But be aware of the pros and cons when booking. Can’t cover it all so will hit top things to know: Pros: Great location- sufficiently close to just about everything from a driving perspective. Wonderful view!! This would be a GREAT place to stay if you didn’t plan on going on to the beach itself but wanted to SEE the ocean without difficulty. Hot tub on the deck is REALLY lovely. Decorated beautifully; comfortable furnishings. Large, spacious kitchen with just about everything you would need to eat or cook. Having two bedrooms with two king beds is fantastic and hard to find (though beds a bit saggy & could use replaced). Pool, fitness area, extra game room, parking all fabulous!Cons: There is NO beach access from the condo!!! It’s about a 10 minute walk so be aware if you have littles as they are NOT upfront about that. You can’t check in till 4pm and you have to be out by 10am so they really cut your time, especially considering you have to strip beds, start laundry, wash dishes, empty trash, etc. HUGE bummer and hard with littles to be in such a press. Cleanliness could improve a bit and windows severely in need of washing. It’s not really a walkable place- plan to drive to everything. Overall a great place but weigh the cons on what’s important to you. Would stay here again if weren’t for the late check in and early check out as walk to beach was a bummer but not a dealbreaker. Just wish they had been more transparent.

Check in was very easy. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. The location is a quick walk to the beach and a few local restaurants and coffee spots. We used this as a home base to travel the coast, and it was a great spot to return to every day.

Everything was as described. We enjoyed the view and the hot tub. Glad there was an elevator to get to the 4th floor. We did have one rainy day so we also enjoyed the fireplace.We never had to call the property manager. Will bookmark this so we can come again.

Short getaway for my daughter's birthday. Great location and condo. The balcony has a hot tub with a great view of the beach. The Kitchen and living room are cozy with beautiful windows of the ocean. The communication with management was good as well as check in process. The condo needs some maintenance/TLC like the ice maker, water drip in the shower in the hallway and new mattresses would be nice. You do have a lot of cleaning to do on your way out that include starting a load of towels, starting the dishwasher and stripping the bedding.

We had a great time staying at the condo. The views were amazing, the hot tub was hot on arrival. The entire family loved it. The reviews are spot on with the beds, however. Those are pretty terrible and not really in line with the level of quality for the rest of the space. Also, I think one of the high-backed chairs might need some attention. I put it in the corner because I didn't want anyone to break it. Seemed really loose.

This was our second stay at these condo units but not in this unit. Everything was great except our request to get in the unit 15 minutes early was denied even though the unit was ready.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a girls weekend. Location is amazing! The view is awesome! Love the private underground parking! Can walk to the beach in a few blocks Can walk to a bakery, an ice cream shop, a few tourist stores, and a couple restaurants. Watching the sunset from the hot tub is perfect. The apartment is also well stocked. Unfortunately, there is no lock on the door accept the one everyone has the combo to! We were sitting at the kitchen table, heard a code get entered into the front door lock, the door opened, and a man walked in. He was so sorry. He was told to come change the lightbulbs and that no one was there. Completely not his fault. Unfortunately, that left us very uneasy. There is no way to lock the door. We ended up stacking stuff in front of it and restlessly sleeping every night. There also isn’t mattresses on either bed. There is boxspring with a foam pad on top. It’s a thick pad (maybe 5 inches) but not a mattress. Not sure how to include a picture.

Our overall impression with this condo is good. With its fantastic view, clean rooms, and easy to find locatation. The listing did not include the host fees which raised our total significantly, to where we thought we were paying for 2 nights (which we wanted to begin with). Also, the carpet in the living space is pretty severely stained, we weren't sure which might be ours or not.

We absolutely LOVED staying at this property! This unit has the best view of the ocean both inside and outside the condo. The hot tub was an amazing addition. It was very cold and windy a day that we stayed so it was nice to have the views of the ocean to look at while snuggled inside nice and warm. It’s close access to the beach and the beach itself felt private. We had a very special weekend at this condo! The kitchen was very well stocked. The condo itself is very cute and simple- nothing fancy. It was nice to have a vacuum nearby since the condo is majority carpet. The only suggestion I have is to make the checkin process easier by including a link to the portal on the vrbo app as well. It’s easier to find when it’s included in the “trip” portion instead of having to search through emails and junk mail. The portal itself was very helpful to have. Overall- amazing stay at this beautiful condo!

The view is amazing! The condo is beautiful and roomy. The hot tub was great for relaxing with an ocean view! The only downfalls were that the outside grill was broken and the door latch for the door going out onto the balcony is a little unusual. However they include directions for how to open and close it correctly and after we read that we figured out how it worked.

Unit not ready at checkin time; several maintenance issues:TV did not work; Called Meredith Lodging with a list of issues within 24 hours of check-in; unless we agreed to having them place orders and to allow their various maintenance crews to come into our unit and disrupt our stay they couldn't be addressed. Our issues included the TV; no window covering on an outdoor access which was a privacy issue; window covering in main bedroom is so thin that it did not block the light from 4 lights in the hallway directly outside the bedrooms (we want to sleep in the dark not in near daylight!); several cupboard doors had stripped hinges and didn't completely close (that we tried to repair as best we could); a handle on the inside of the main bath shower that fell off while in use (we had to reinstall); no place to keep our belongings other than our suitcases as the closet racks were full of bedding extras (a small dresser at the least would have been nice!); there was no space in the kitchen cupboards to house any of the nonrefrigerated food items that we brought with us (all cupboards, drawers, counters are packed with far too many owner supplied items); there was damage on the baseboards and marks on the walls that we were afraid that if we complained more we would be accused of doing. Our request for a partial refund-DENIED. Given the situation and how Meredith Lodging responded, we will never rent from a Meredith Lodging unit again. One awful anniversary trip!

The view was amazing, the location amazing but the property needs some attention. The carpet was dirty, the dish washer rack was broken, the baseboards are pealing, bolts on railing were gone, lots of little things. Cute place it just needs some TLC. We called because we didn't have enough coffee cups and the mgmt had great service. Someone beside the cleaning ladies need to take a look and fix what needs fixing.
