Little Harbor (where the condo is) is perfect. The condo was across from the pool and water. It is the perfect location. It needs a bit of TLC, broken tile, etc. BUT, it was clean, and fun and I loved it.

This was our second stay at Little Harbor Inn, in Ruskin, Florida. A private location at the end of the road resort.
We have made plans to return next year for our third six week stay.

Nice location. Good amenities. Room was satisfactory except for the mold smell, and some of the furniture needs replacing. Couch is so old, it is difficult to sit on. Bed is good. Also, the fake plants got in the way because we needed every square inch. New curtains or window shades are needed as well.
