About this house rental
This newly built modern family-friendly house is perfect for a relaxing getaway if you like nature, quiet ambience, 90 Mile Beach off-leash dog walking, fishing, golf, cycling with kids.
Inside you will be welcomed by a massive open-plan kitchen/living/dining area & super comfy family space with laid-back lounges, large tv and fireplace.
All the inside furniture is professionally manufactured from reclaimed timber, while the outside furniture is made from reclaimed Australian hardwood.
Once you step outside, you find it hard to see anything other than coastal banksia's, gum trees, kangaroos, koalas, wombats, echidna's, native birds, Lake Reeve or if you are lucky the Australian RAAF Roulette pilots training overhead.
As we are only two blocks from the beach, it is only a short stroll to go for a swim, fish or cricket match on the beach. Alternatively, tenants may have access to the block next door (only if vacant) if they want to kick a footy or let the dogs chase a frisbee.
Bedrooms
Bedroom 1 - Queen bed with chest of drawers, 32" LED LCD TV, ceiling fan, walk-in wardrobe & ensuite/toilet.
Bedroom 2 - Queen bed with chest of drawers, ceiling fan, & built-in robe.
Bedroom 3 - Two single beds, two side tables and lamps, ceiling fan and toy cupboard.
Bedroom 4 - One set of double bunks with chest of drawers, side table, ceiling fan, built-in robe.
Kitchen, Living & Dining
Kitchen - Fantastic island bench with induction cooktop, quadruple glazed electric oven, massive 700lt fridge/freezer, bar fridge, coffee machine and coffee grinder, dishwasher, bench seats & servery to outside.
Dining - Huge 2.5m long dining table with 10 seats with overhead fan/light.
Living - Enormous 5 x 5m leather couch with chaise, coffee table and a 60" LED LCD TV, DVD and in-house movies. Additional 2 seater leather couch. Round floor mat/cushion for pets to lie on. Fireplace and box of wood. Split system and fans.
Alfresco - Gigantic 3m long Australian hardwood table and bench seats, 8 burner full S/S BBQ with outdoor sink and commercial grade S/S rangehood.
Backyard - Kids cubby house with slide and sandpit, outdoor games in the shed, flat grassed for Bocci and access to vacant block next door (only if unoccupied).
The house has a 7-star energy rating due to its double-glazed windows, underfloor insulation, minimal south-facing windows and R4.0 ceiling insulation. Therefore it stays cool in summer and warm in winter.
To top it off, this house has solar electricity and solar hot water that is also boosted by the wood heater when in use, a double-filtered rainwater tank, onsite treatment plant, massive amounts of north-facing windows for solar gain in winter, reverse cycle air conditioning plus high glass louvres to catch the sea breeze in summer and to also cross ventilate when required. Finally, any additional grid power used in the house is also green energy.
All you need to bring is:
- Sheets, doona covers & pillowcases
- Towels, hand towels and bath mat
- Food & drinks
If you need anything else, there is a takeaway and small grocery store at Golden Beach (3 min drive away). There are no shops at Paradise Beach.
Dine out at Safety Beach Life Saving Club or in Loch Sport or Sale less than a 30 min drive away. Relax, unwind and enjoy!

This beautiful holiday home is so graciously set up by the owners! You feel so welcomed by them via messages and communication is always open if any issues arise, which there were none, but they were just so open to be there if needed It’s very comfortable, plenty of comfy couch space for the whole family, beds were comfy, the front room has a lovely ensuite, you’ve got no worries at all about staying warm or cool as it heats up and cools down well with their split system, we didn’t get to use the wood fire wasn’t that cold, but an added beautiful option to have! Kitchen is so spacious with the added bonus of an induction stove top! Heats up so quickly and soooo easy to clean! You have the added benefits of a sandwich press and proper coffee machine with coffee bean grinder, dishwasher and everything just works so well!The whole house is just set up so well, and the setting is gorgeous with bush land around and wildlife galore, kangaroos, rabbits and rosellas that come to their bird eater with seeds provided in their cupboard.If you truly want a relaxed and refreshing time away, this is the place!! With visits to the beach so close and being able to hear the distant waves in bed at night was a special childhood memory for me spending so much of my childhood at Harmers Haven, Wonthaggi.Also the option of being able to have our 2 dogs with us just meant so much, so just another great and special option the owners are good enough to allow!We’ll be back-5 stars from us!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. It's in a peaceful, relaxing location — perfect for a quiet getaway. One of our favourite things was sitting on the balcony, enjoying the sounds of lorikeets in the trees. The yard was safe and secure for our dog, which gave us great peace of mind. There's also a general store nearby in Paradise Beach with a surprisingly good range of essentials. Overall, it's the perfect place to unwind and escape from the hustle and bustle. Highly recommended!

Had a wonderful stay in this 4 bed home with large kitchen, dining, sitting area. Very comfortable and a short stroll to the rugged beach. Visiting family members from the UK loved all the birds, kangaroos, and local koala.
