Stunning downtown condo with contemporary meets turn of the century design in this historic new-buildout building, sunny and walkable condo in downtown Asheville. This 2nd floor two-bedroom features 1 king master and a king guest bedroom. Each with private baths.
The unit also comes with one garage parking space. Vehicles must not be larger than a midsize vehicle, as the garage is narrow and cannot accommodate large vehicles. Vehicle length cannot exceed 16 ft, no exceptions.
Located in downtown you are central to all that Asheville has to offer. The Biltmore Estate and the Blue Ridge Parkway are also just a short drive away.

Spacious, top-end furniture & kitchen fixtures, appliances, and bath features. Super convenient to downtown and all it has to offer. Secure, quiet, fully tech-friendly.Kitchy decorations all interesting and unique, fully equipped kitchen and welcome packs for kitchen & bath. Below-grade garage parking with elevator access a plus.

We wanted a place that was easy walking distance to restaurants & some sights. This condo was perfect!! Beautiful, clean, and great location!! Would definitely stay there again!

The place was very nice. Was a little hard to get into, but once we figured it out and where things were it was fine.
