We really loved the house, did have a few issues with the fridge not cooling so they opened the supply cabinet to use the next day. Then noticed the dishwasher had dirty dishes but ran again 2 more times but never cleaned. The manager came over again and found out no water was running through it. Trying to figure out your light system was crazy. Sprinklers kept coming on throughout the day on Saturday. I don’t there were enough hand towel or washcloths in any of the bathrooms. Other than that we did enjoy our stay

Big house with plenty of rooms, bathrooms, & parking for multiple families. Pool was nice & we liked that it was right on the water. Especially being on an open part of a lake, instead of down in a canal. A couple things to be aware of if you plan to bring a boat. The house is at the end of a very narrow cul-de-sac, with a sharp right turn into the driveway, so it was tricky for my husband getting into the driveway. Also, the boat dock was too small for our boat, so we unfortunately lost the convenience of being able to use it. There was a surplus of towels, but oddly enough, each full bathroom only had one washcloth, & there were no extras anywhere in the house. We had to go buy more, as we had a group of 10. Also, the fridge gave us trouble on the first night & wasn’t staying cold. We were told by the neighbor, point of contact, that we overloaded it, but everything we put in it was bought at the local grocery store so it was already cold. Thankfully we had large coolers with us, so we removed the majority of the groceries, & it eventually cooled down to where we could slowly add things back.

Our party of 11 enjoyed our stay at this property. The house provided ample space including the large kitchen and plenty of bathrooms. Outside, we enjoyed the pool and fishing from the large dock. The Granbury area offered many shopping and dining choices.

This large house accommodated 9 ladies. It was right on the water & had a pool. Lots of bedrooms & bathrooms. Very good Handiman that lives next door if you need anything. Beautiful view
