The house is on a residential street with permanent tenants nearby, so we rent to mature guests who will remain respectful of our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited.

BYO Linen / Towels - Guests bring their own fitted sheets, flat sheets and pillowcases for each bed. Guests also bring their own beach, bath and tea towels along with hand towels and bathmats. Refer to the home’s description for the bedding configurations.
Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire a full linen set for $30 per bed, which includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases. Bunk beds are classed as two beds. All beds are the same price.
Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person, which includes 1 bath towel and 2 tea towels (for the first towel set ordered only).
Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can hire a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom, which includes a bathmat and a hand towel.
Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40 applies.
If the stay is longer than 7 days, ask management for additional pricing.
For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours' notice as last-minute requests may not be possible.
Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs.
Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised.

There are strictly no schoolies, parties, or events. We welcome mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called, this could affect your bond, and we reserve the right to evict guests.

Perfect place to stay for a long weekend. House is as advertised, clean, cosy and all amenities you need. Enjoyed the outdoor area and the fireplace. Very clean, seamless check-in and check-out. Especially liked the late 5.00pm checkout which is rare.

What a lovely little place in a quiet street. We loved playing in the backyard, sitting around the firepit, enjoying family time in the cosy living room. The house had everything you need for a weekend away without needing to bring the kitchen sink!

We stayed for 4 nights and primarily chose this property for having a good price point and an enclosed outdoor area for the dog.
It was neat, tidy and in a quiet location, which was what we wanted. The outdoor area and deck were nice, and even though it's a small house, the furnishings were enough to suit us.
It was a very good stay, and as it was our first time using Stayz, it was also a very easy process.

It was beautiful to have our dog there. It’s got an amazing backyard and everything that you need for a holiday. It’s a quintessential beach house perfect for a relaxing stay, will definitely be back next summer!!
