Beautiful property with a great view and perfect location. I only took off a star because the lockbox was very difficult to open, especially at night. I’m on the older side and the location of the lockbox and glare from the light made it difficult to.That being said I loved the property and location. Keep in mind there are no beach towels or beach chairs.

Stunning views & directly across from the beach. A few minutes walk to the light rail which was a cheap, convenient way to get around.Host was quick to respond to an issue with the air conditioning with an amicable solution found.

What an amazing view! 35th floor oceanfront for unbelievable views of the beach and the waves from a huge wrap around patio. Spacious with all the needed amenities especially the wonderful huge table on the patio, another huge dining table inside, very comfortable furniture, beds, great water pressure in the shower and full sized washer and dryer. We didn’t use the indoor or outdoor pool since we spent time in the waves on the beach. Elevator up to 35th floor where there is only one other unit and views over the water make the unit very private and felt like home. Great internet speed and bright and open living areas. Pay attention to details on how to access initially and to the parking but once you’re here, you’ll love it! Walkable to shops, restaurants, trams, beaches, entertainment zones and communication was timely and very clear. Grab it if it’s available!
