You do not need to do a full clean of the property upon departure, however, we do require the home to be left clean and tidy on departure in a similar state as to how you found the property upon your arrival.
If the property is not left in a reasonable standard an additional charge for cleaning will be deducted from your bond.
We do organise for the property to be cleaned after your departure to ensure that the next guest has a hygienic comfortable stay and complies with our standards.

This is our 5th year coming to Loch Sport for this long weekend and this property and Donna (our host) has exceeded all expectations every year.This property is in the perfect location right on the lake and delivers the most amazing views. We can’t wait to come back again!

What a beautiful house. As soon as we walked in it felt like home.
Loved the massive decking. We were lucky enough to have the best weather with the best sunsets.

Our 4th year staying in this stunning location and property and never disappoints! 4 glorious days out on the water & then back to the amazing deck for the evening to see the sunset, perfection!
Highly recommend! We’ll be back same weekend next year!!!
