The condo wasn't oversold online. The direction books were clear and precise and easy to understand. Nothing out of the ordinary. It was well equipped. Response time was quick from the property manager. A few downsides: The trash from the previous guests were not taken out and when we showed up the heat was not on, and we couldn't easily figure out how to turn it on right away. Suggestion would have been to notify in the welcome book that the heat is not on and make the directions to turn on the heat a little bit more obvious. (It was hard to see the sticker on the fireplace, or to look for it in the first place).

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed being close to the ski resort. This was a perfect size for our family of 5.

I would give this location 5 stars had it not been for the following:Water went out for about four hours which was a slight inconvenience but management took action quickly and got it resolved.Lots of dust under the beds which got our allergies going.No chairs available to sit outside our unit on the deck. (Will remember to bring our own next time.)No advertised Keurig, although there was a small coffee pot.Otherwise, the condo was beautiful as well as the surrounding area. The staff at the General Store, Bar and Grill were so friendly and helpful! Merchandise at the General Store was lacking so make sure you bring enough supplies or you will have to drive down to Beaver city. Puffer Lake was our go-to for fishing and kayaking as it was super close and very, very beautiful! We definitely would stay here again!

WiFi password in info provided via email was wrong. With no cell service we had to drive 18 miles into Beaver to make a call to get the correct password. The manager was not readily available so we cooled our heals until she could be reached. In the meantime we bought candles to override the smell in the property. There was no info anywhere on how to turn on the fireplace/heater (hidden switch). When a circuit blew, we had great difficulty in tracking anyone down to help us find the switchbox. Aside from these problems the property was okay. We do not plan to return.
