Bright and breezy house with ocean views in quiet cul-de-sac. Open plan upstairs with living, kitchen, main bedroom and rear north facing deck. Balcony with ocean views overlooking treetops, sliding doors at each end of the house allow afternoon sea breezes to flow through. Dine inside or enjoy a BBQ on the deck.
Downstairs has 2 bedrooms, main bathroom with European laundry and a second living area with sofa bed, TV and PlayStation. All new furniture, bedding and appliances throughout.
Secure backyard allows children to play in safety, playground access is a short 200 metre walk away.
Located between Torquay and Bells Beach (home of the Rip Curl Pro surfing competition), Jan Juc offers a relaxing, laid back atmosphere with access to local cafes & eateries.
For those keen to get out and experience the area you can enjoy a round of golf, swim in the beautiful beaches, explore the stunning rock pools or take a walk along the many cliff-top coastal tracks offered.
For those who just want to relax sit on the balcony and enjoy stunning sun rises with birds chirping in the background.
Please note minimum stay during January, Easter, long weekends and school holidays is 3 nights.

Spacious, clean and well set up. Perfect for a family stay with room to entertain. Loved the outdoor spaces for when beach conditions weren’t suitable. Loved our stay.

This is an absolutely wonderful home and a great place to stay. We really enjoyed our time here as it had everything we needed to prepare meals, enjoy the view and stretch out and relax after a long day on the coast. Clean and well maintained. It is a wonderful location that allowed us to walk to a great cafe, excellent parks and the beach. And the host was fantastic to work with.
