A Note from the Owner:
Our condo has been in our family for 25 years. The grandparents recognized the gorgeous views that Elua represented—snorkeling among the turtles, abundant sea life, great diving, fishing, and the opportunities to bike down the side of Mt. Haleakala. Since our purchase, we installed a beautiful front view window, and in 2017 we did a major renovation taking the condo down to the studs. Our condo has a fresh beach look, the same fantastic views, and fabulous restaurants, golfing, and shops are just next door. Our porch is perfect for relaxing and watching the whales. Because we have attended church in Makena for all these years, we now have had 4 of our grandchildren baptized at a 100-year-old Hawaiian church. Our connection to Maui is full circle. We have always felt that vacations are about location, location, location. Ours is the best!

This is an incredible place to stay. The condo is immaculate and the views are amazing. It’s a perfect place to rejuvenate and enjoy the beauty. Bed is comfy and the management was thorough and attentive. I will definitely be back.

The view was fantastic from our unit, and the beach a very short walk away. Our unit was terrific! The one thing that really bothered me was the inhospitable attitude toward play and fun. You should advertise as an adult community. The “No playing on the grass or in the pools” policy is very offputting. Why have all these wonderful fields of grass if children cannot play on it? It seems so sterile when you don’t see families outside enjoying their time together in this idyllic setting. We definitely will not come here again with our children and grandchildren. And where is the pool that would at least have a slide? I will forever refer to this facility as the “No fun zone.”

This location is perfect for watching sunsets from your private lanai. We loved how it didn’t feel like a crowded hotel resort. The amenities of the village were all very nice and since the pool and overlook are gated, there was never any trouble finding a place to sit and relax.
