Located at the heart of Edgewater near Midtown, the Design District, and Wynwood, the building is in close proximity to a teeming nightlife, art gallery scene, attractions, beaches, bars, restaurants, and cafes.
Elegant interior design and cozy set up with spacious, sun-lit living room, bedroom (king-size bed), and full-equipped integrated kitchen. In addition to standard living amenities and wifi, the unit counts on a 50’ inch TV (with Netflix, HBO, Cable, Sports, and more), an internal washer and dryer, and ample closet space. The building also features private parking space and a complete Fitness Center, swimming pool, and SUM.
One block away from the Miami Mover Railway System (free), trolley (free), and bus stops (to Miami Beach and Downtown). Also, directly in front of the beautiful bayside dock and waterfront leading up to the Venetian Causeway.
As is customary among rentals in Miami, there is a tenant registration fee of $150 (per person or married couple), which will give you access to Opera Tower's facial recognition system, and a one-time $25 parking fee.

Everything you could want and need is right here. From the moment we walked in, we were amazed by the views and amenities—they're truly the best! We didn't want to leave; it felt like home in the penthouse. The building's amenities are fantastic, and the location couldn't be better. Our host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring that everything we needed was available and ready for us. We will definitely be back!

Amazing views over Miami beach Venetian Islands downtown you never got tired to enjoy the views from the big balcony.Apartment very clean well equipped confortable mattress .
