This property is situated in a well run and managed community that had more ammenities than we could have imagined!The home itself is clean, comfortable and spacious with ample room for our group. The kitchen was well stocked and the entire home was spotless when we arrived. There is no shortage of things to do on Nettles Island and we enjoyed the easy access to the beach while our teen daughter spent her days by the pool. Overall one of the best Florida vacations we have ever had and we are looking forward to returning next year!

The bungalow was a good value and pretty clean. We did have a little trouble communicating with the property manager a few times (but it was a holiday weekend). Also, the main shower broke... no hot water and wouldn't shut off. This was a major inconvenience that could not be repaired for over a day. We had to turn the main water off and then my husband finally bought a cap for the shower so we could turn the water back on. A plumber finally came the day before we left. Sadly, there was no offer for any portion of a refund for our time & trouble. The complex is clearly a retirement community, which is not a big deal, but the people were not very kind overall. However, one neighbor was very nice.
