About this apartment rental
Charming completely renovated (2023) two bedroom two bath first floor vacation home with beautiful, direct, sweeping views of Hurricane Harbor, just across the street from the Gulf and the beach.
This unit is across from the Edgewater Hotel, south of Doctor’s Pass, and close to charming downtown — in the most sought after location in Naples, “Miracle Mile”.
Everything you need for a perfect stay in paradise you will find here. We require a minimum stay of 30 days but prefer longer stays in season.
This condominium has lovely grounds, is quiet and is well-maintained. There’s a lovely pool, a large grill if you feel like cooking outside, and a dock to fish from if you’re an angler.
Enjoy sunrises from your lanai, sunsets from your bedroom - or walk across the street to the beach and enjoy a sunset cocktail.
We purchased this unit to use for family and to rent out no more than twice a year to visitors. A top to bottom renovation was completed in September 2023 - floor to ceiling and wall to wall - with all new furnishings.
The HOA requires a lease agreement for your stay - a practice which insures that owners and visitors alike have an enjoyable experience while in residence. You must complete the rental application and forward it with the $100 fee for HOA approval.

We rented for the month of March. The rental was all it claimed to be. Beautiful sunrises over Hurricane Harbor. Dolphins entertained us each day! Plenty of great restaurants nearby, and plenty of golf and sandy beach to fill our days! Lindsay was a perfect host. We’ll surely return. Best vacation ever!!!

Well appointed property with inlet water views from the porch and beach access across the street. Comfortable furnishings and thoughtful hosts. We very much enjoyed our stay.
