With over 3,800 square feet of living space, three oceanfront king suites, a full-length back deck, and beach access just steps away, this home is ideal for reunions, retreats, and multi-family gatherings.
Open Living Designed for Large Families and Entertaining: The main level features an open floor plan with hardwood floors throughout and generous gathering space that allows everyone to be together without feeling crowded. The well-stocked kitchen is perfect to enjoy family throughout the large open floor plan living space. The long bar area is perfect for serving and entertaining. A separate ice maker and mini refrigerator in the bar add convenience, while a second full refrigerator in the garage provides extra storage for large groups and extended stays.
Six Bedrooms — All With Private Baths: Each of the six bedrooms includes its own attached full bathroom and smart TV with streaming capability.
Main Level (4 Bedrooms):
• 2 oceanfront king suites with direct access to the back deck
• 2 bedrooms with two queen beds in each
Upper Level (2 Bedrooms):
• 1 oceanfront king suite with queen sleeper sofa (memory foam mattress)
• 1 bunk room with two twin-over-full bunks (adult-sized full beds) plus a queen sleeper sofa (memory foam mattress)
The layout offers privacy for multiple families while comfortably accommodating up to 22 guests.
Outdoor Living & Beach Access: The full-length back deck spans the entire width of the home and the indoor living space opens up to a large outdoor seating area. The deck also connects directly to both oceanfront king suites. Enjoy sunrise views over the Atlantic and evening coastal breezes from multiple vantage points. 
Beach Access #2 is located just steps away, providing quick and easy entry to the sand and surf. An outdoor shower makes rinsing off after beach days simple.

Pet Policy: Pets are welcome with prior approval. A signed pet agreement and non-refundable pet fee ($150 first pet / $75 second pet) are required. An additional $300 charge applies for unapproved pets.
Resort Access: Amenity cards are available for purchase and are required for access to Fripp Island’s pools, tennis courts, restaurants, and two championship golf courses.
The Fripp Island Experience: Fripp Island is a private, gated coastal community and designated wildlife sanctuary where beach living and nature coexist beautifully. Deer roam freely through the island, blue herons and white egrets gather along the marsh, dolphins swim just offshore, and sea turtles nest on the beaches during the season. Check in was so easy!! The house was just like it was pictured and said to be. House was so clean.. Fully stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking. Well stocked with towels, beach towels and beach chairs. Easy access to the beach and the view from the house of the beach was awesome. My family has stayed in different houses for 6 years now.This one is truly the BEST!! We will definitely be booking again for next year. Vinie B

This house is great for a big gathering. Lots of indoor and outdoor space, next to the beach.Kitchen is great also for feeding a crowd. Lots of dishes, utensils etc! Dryer broke and they were able to get a replacement on Labor Day weekend which was a lifesaver.I highly recommend

The day we arrived the temperatures were in the upper nineties. Apparently the air conditioning had not been turned on which meant the house was stifling hot. Although the upper floor cooled fairly quickly, the main floor never went below 81 degrees. Sleeping that night was miserable. We tried opening the two patio doors in 2 of the main floor bedrooms that looked out to the ocean, hoping for a sea breeze, but one had a sign on it saying it was unsafe to open and the other was stuck and could not be opened until the following day after several attempts. The morning after arrival we called the property manager about the AC. 2 workmen arrived at 2PM told us the the filter was old and clogged which caused the unit to freeze up. A new filter was put in but we were told we had to wait until 6 PM to turn the unit back on. This meant we had NO cooling on the main floor all day of our second day. Finally, late that night the bedrooms, kitchen and living areas began to cool. In addition to the cooling problem there was the issue of mold in the ceiling on the second floor which could easily be smelled as one ascended the stairs to the bedrooms on the second floor. Outside the dining area there had once been a screened in porch. However, the screens had been removed. It was impossible to sit on the deck for any length of time to view the ocean without being bitten by mosquitoes. The 3rd night of stay, my husband and I walked into our bedroom to find what looked like flying ants all over our bed, walls, and carpet. They also were in the bathroom. It took us about 45 minutes to remove most of the insects but a number remained during the night which made sleeping difficult. This house was probably a nice house at one time but presently is not well maintained and certainly was not worth the amount of money paid to rent it. Our family has been going to Fripp since 2006 and love it. We will return there but we would not rent this house again.
