Live/Work/ Play on your private beach- With beautiful landscaping and a 94 ft. of no bank fresh water frontage on the sunny sided main channel of Lake Limerick, the lake feels like an extension of the property.
Spacious, open, and bright the 2,800 square foot cedar sided home is designed for gatherings of up to 10 people and provides a relaxing and well equipped home for your vacation. Whether hosting a multi-generation family or travelling with other families or couples there is enough space for everyone to be comfortable.

Windows are abundant and sliding glass doors allow harmonious access to the outdoor spaces off of the upper living area and the primary suite. The kitchen is spacious and efficient with abundant storage and countertop space. The ample and airy primary suite includes a walk in closet and full bath with a jetted tub. Large open concept upper living area has a volume ceiling and a wall of windows allowing the natural light and views to flow into the home. Lower level boasts one bathroom, and two bedrooms plus a large and open second living area or “rec room” converted into a private bedroom & play room. Lower level access is a breeze from the main upper level living by way of stairs complete with landing. There is a private entry exterior door into the mud room or open the sliding glass door and step onto the aggregate concrete lower patio.

No dirt, rocks, pine needles will be under your feet as you walk from the home to the water. It's a park-like setting on the street and lakeside. A cozy and comfortable campfire area is welcoming. Exterior hot/cold shower is adjacent to the aggregate concrete floored “mud room” off of the lower level.
