Welcome to Unit 417!
Please note that due to a recent storm, our private beach stairs have been damaged and are currently unavailable. There are alternative walkways within a few blocks. With that in mind we are offering amazing low rates for this season. The property is in excellent condition, and all other amenities are fully operational. We are open and ready to welcome guests for a relaxing stay. Enjoy your time at beautiful Hacienda del Sol II with all the comforts you need on the beach.
This beautiful 4th floor corner 3 bedroom 2 bath oceanfront condo is set at Hacienda del Sol II in the no drive beach. Amenities include premiere cable channels and secure WiFi. This spacious end unit complete with washer and dryer, sleeper sofa, and a 50 inch Smart TV in the living room is the perfect fit for families and couples alike. There is also a TV in the master bedroom hooked up to cable and a smart TV in the 3rd bedroom. King bed in the master bedroom, queen in the middle bedroom, 2 twin beds in the 3rd bedroom 2 twin cots will comfortably sleep up to 6 total in the unit.
Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided.
Refunds: There will be no discounts or early departure refunds due to or for mechanical, plumbing, or electrical failures or breakdowns to any item(s) in the unit or other areas of the common property for any cause. No refunds will be given for inclement weather or condition of the property beyond our control. Due to unexpected circumstances, if your unit is not available, we reserve the right to assign you another unit.
We have installed keyless entry to each unit. The parking passes will be inside.
