- Sorry, this home is not pet friendly. This owner has pet allergies. Please, no pets.
- There shall be no video, still photography, or film production of any kind without the express written consent of the owner.
PLEASE NOTE!
- Please take note that this home is NOT baby and/or child-proofed. It is your responsibility to walk the home and/or property upon arrival, to make this space safe for your children. We assume no liability for harm/death to any baby or child staying or visiting this vacation rental.
- There is exterior surveillance camera recording 24/7. The camera is located outside the front door
- Please be aware there is no AC or heating
- Please note that early check-ins and late check-outs are available at our discretion. There are extra fees for either of these add-ons when available.
CANCELLATION POLICY
• A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty, aside from a $500 restocking fee.
• Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment (not including deposit and cleaning fee).
• Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. If you wish to shorten your existing reservation with VRBKIM, and your reservation is further than 30 days away, we do charge a $100 restocking fee to make this adjustment.
Parties and Overoccupancy Policy:
If the guest violates any of our rules regarding noise, parties, or overoccupancy, and the host receives complaints from neighbors, a $500 fine will be imposed per occurrence. In addition, should these allegations be found true, the guest will be subject to immediate eviction without a refund.

Love the location views and the walkable neighborhood. Solana Beach shops and beaches are nearby. Coaster rail service will get you to downtown San Diego in 30 minutes. Primary bedroom's bed is very comfortable (did not use the secondary bedroom's bed). Bathrooms are very nice. For extended stays it would be an improvement to add a chest of drawers in the primary. Kitchen is small but well equipped. Great to have covered parking just below the condo unit.

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay. The location was straightforward and no more than 20 min from our furthest area of interest. The location between Del Mar and Solana Beach gave us easy access to both, with a vehicle. The rental itself was well-equiped, clean, and comfortable with a wonderful view of the ocean and Del Mar Racetrack. We hope to visit again someday.
While not a deal-breaker by any means, I wouldn't consider the rental within "easy" walking distance of a people-only beach. One can walk to the dog beach in approximately 10 min. But for more of a family-oriented, "beach day" location it's much easier to drive and find parking, whether going to Fletcher Cove in Solana Beach or the more southern portion of Del Mar beach (our favorite).

As noted in the title, the unit was very spacious, clean and the location was quiet. I've become really fond of units with hardwood floor throughout as you know it's completely clean. The unit is in great shape with nice amenities and an easy location to lots of different activities. Overall, a great place that I would have no hesitation booking again.
