Tiny home in Templeton, CA, located in the world famous Paso Robles wine country. Walk to town in 2 minutes, where there are numerous restaurants, tasting rooms and shops. Many wonderful wineries within a 5 mile radius. Quiet and peaceful country living, but close to amenities such as Trader Joe’s 1 mile away. The space has a full kitchen with all appliances a regular home kitchen would have. The studio has a king size bed, A/C, space heater, washer/dryer, bathroom with shower (no tub) and a private outside patio
Access to the unit is off the alley between Cayucos and Forest avenue on the west side of Florence. Park in gravel driveway in front of unit. Gate can be pulled behind your car, if preferred. This parking space will only accommodate a small to medium sized car. If you have a larger vehicle, you will need to park in the dirt lot on Forest Avenue and walk around to access the alley entry.
You may have other guests or owners in the main home, but there is separation by a gate surrounding the unit for total privacy.
2 minute walk to downtown Templeton and Saturday farmers market in the town square. 6 minutes by car to downtown Paso Robles. 25 minutes by car to the beach of Morro Bay, Pismo, Cayucos and 35 minutes to Cambria.

This home has a security camera that casts down on the patio/driveway/entryway area for your protection and that of the property. Any tampering with the camera system is grounds for immediate eviction without refund.
