This stylist four-bedroom, three-bathroom ocean view condo offers an amazing balcony, updated master bathroom and plenty of upgrades. You are sure to find your next home away from home as soon as you enter. The ocean view living room is tiled and has leather furniture and stylish curtains around the sliding doors that lead to your private balcony. The tile floors run into a dining area and fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with access to the gorgeous balcony with plenty of outdoor seating. The second room has a queen bed while the other two bedrooms have two queens. Mar Vista Grande is a perennial top resort on the Grand Strand. Mar Vista Grande guests will enhance their beach vacation with ample resort amenities provided by a large indoor pool, large outdoor pool with shallow wading area, outdoor lazy river, hot tub, kiddie pool, sun deck, and fitness center, all just footsteps from the ocean. We booked this unit for a funeral so that the whole family could be under one roof. The property had good amenities and was nicely maintained. My only complaint is the mattresses and pillows were not comfortable and the added fees were ridiculous. I will not rent through VRBO again. We dealt with a rental company and not directly with the owner.

We had a great time in this relatively new and spacious condo. The water amenities are fantastic and we loved the location. We will definitely be back.
