We loved the house and the Oreo cookies were a nice touch! Everything was clean and well taken care of. However, what impressed me the most was how responsive the host was. I only had to reach out once to have more water added to the pool but someone came by that day and it was a holiday! I really appreciated the fast response!!!

The house was set up well for our family of seven that stayed the week. We loved having our own bathrooms attached to four of the bedrooms. Furniture and beds were in great shape and comfortable. The kitchen could use a few kitchen towels and pot holders for hot pans out of the oven. Only one kitchen towel, no pot holders! The main living area could use a bigger TV, 50 inches is way too small for the area. The pool area was nice and having no neighbors behind us was very nice.

Usually I do not leave a negative review… however this property had too many small issues..
The communication with the agent was poor and rushed w/o providing actual information or guidance. Basically replied to say they replied.
Paid for pool heat and received the heat mid way into the stay (day and a half later)
Snake in the pool
Toilet on 2nd floor didn’t work
Jacuzzi didn’t work for the entire stay (horrible) contacted the agent multiple times and nothing was done.. not even a refund for the pool heat.. no point of pool heat w/o jacuzzi working
Check in/ reentering the property (sucked, one lane)
Temperature of the house… could not get the home cool (sticker on the wall recommends 75 I think the temperature was controlled from outside of the home)
