This beautiful, gorgeous newly listed, newly renovated condo is just .3 mi. away from Jordan Hare Stadium and the Auburn Basketball Arena It is within walking distance to downtown Auburn and it sleeps 6. Walk into this gorgeous open spaced kitchen and living area and get ready to tailgate. It’s a one bedroom with two luxurious queen beds, one bathroom, two separate vanity areas, a sleeper sofa with a full Tempur-pedic mattress. Living space open to the patio with a bbq grill. Comes with all new amenities. Large smart TV with sound bar in the living room for game days and a flat screen tv in the bedroom for sleepless nights. Soft close wood cabinets with marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, full refrigerator, oven/cooktop, microwave and dishwasher. Kitchen is fully stocked and comes with a Keurig & coffee maker, ceiling fans in both rooms, two blow dryers, cable tv and free WiFi. Common area for your use upon request if needed for a special event. "One free parking space" is included for your stay. Public parking garage 2 blocks away for additional parking if needed.
