This one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo features luxurious touches throughout paired with beautiful ocean views. Located in the sunny and vibrant beach town of Kihei, all of Maui is within reach. Beach chairs, umbrellas, luxury beach towels and a cooler are all provided to enjoy a day at the beach! We strive to achieve a warm, welcoming, and thoughtful retreat here on Maui.
The Space:
Welcome to Stylish & Modern Oceanfront Vistas. A new addition to our family of stylish and luxurious condos in Kihei and Wailea. We want you to feel at home the moment you step inside. Our condo is located at Kauhale Makai “Village by the Sea”, a community nestled up against a charming beach; perfect to catch the most amazing sunsets. The property amenities include two pools, a hot tub, volleyball court, shuffleboard decks, putting green, several BBQ grills with picnic tables and tiki torches. Surrounded by beautifully manicured grounds swaying with palm, plumeria and banana trees. This slice of paradise offers a local and relaxed setting, maintaining a vibrant community. Take a breath and experience Aloha!

The Neighborhood:
Kihei is located at the base of Haleakala, a sprawling and majestic 10,000 foot high volcano. Stunning views of the mountain are everywhere. Lined with miles of beaches, local food & shopping, and close proximity to many activities. Fun fact about Hawaii- all beaches are public! There is no such thing as a private beach anywhere in the state. Together with neighboring Wailea and Makena, the area enjoys numerous shops, restaurants and “happy hour” opportunities. Kauhale Makai is a short distance from many grocery stores, including a Safeway, Times and Foodland. If you prefer Costco or Target swing by on your way from the airport! P
Getting Around:
We recommend renting a car for your stay! It is the easiest way to get around the island.
Other Things to Note:
Our baby essentials are provided through Nokaoi Baby Rentals. Please visit their website at nakoibabyrentals to arrange your rental. You will pay them directly for the rental and they will deliver the item to your unit.
Please be advised that personal package deliveries such as Amazon etc- are not permitted, unless under medical emergency and with advance approval.
Laundry facilities are located throughout the complex and are shared. Payable via app or coins. We provide Tide pods.
Our beach essentials do not include snorkeling gear as a covid precaution.
Pickleball players will enjoy Waipuilani Park, just minutes down the road.
The resort is designated within a hotel-zoned district and, as such, will not be impacted by the pending Short-Term Rental (STR) ban currently under consideration.

We live local and are always happy to help or to meet our guests for a pau hana beverage!

This apartment complex is great and it has all you need for your stay, especially if you are traveling with kids. Host has taken an extra step and made our stay even more enjoyable with providing extras such as grill equipment, chars, umbrellas, towels for the beech and a lot more. We really loved that place and hoping to come back as soon as possible. We will definitely recommend to anyone who is visiting Maui. Thanks again Aaron and crew!

This property was exceptional--exceeded expectations. The location is close enough to everything, but still in a more upscale area. The manager ensured a great experience from start to finish. Check-in/out was almost effortless.

Everything about our stay was perfect. They had everything that we could have needed for the beach (very nice beach bag, chairs, umbrella, towels). The beach in front of the property didn’t look extremely desirable when we got there but our final day we went on a beach walk and were blown away at how nice the beach was. A hidden gem! The place was SO clean, newly renovated/modern, and a great view! Kitchen had everything you could want/need. One bathroom but 2 separate sink areas, so my husband and I liked we could have our own space. The area was safe and not super touristy, which we liked. A quick drive to anywhere on the island. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!
