The unit was large, clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay again and have recommended it to others.

The only reason I chose this location is because it was listed as having garage parking. When I arrived there was no access to the garage or instructions so I text the number provided and was simply told "there is not garage parking available" so that was a huge let down for me. This should not be offered if it is not going to be available. The next issue was that I was not able to lock the front door when I left. I had to leave the house unlocked until I returned late that night and I was traveling alone. They did text and told me what I needed to do to get it to work. I was able to lock it and once I locked it from the inside. I noticed there was a small faded sticker on the inside of the door explaining how to lock it. The problem is once I arrived I left my things and left so when you are trying to lock it from the outside for the first time, you won't see the notes. It would be super helpful to have these instructions on the actual instruction sheet that was left on the counter. Lastly this property does have another rental that you share a wall with. My first night it was super quiet as I don't think it was rented but the second night I could hear everyone's conversations and activities well into late at night as they are somewhat connected. Otherwise the house was super clean and had a very comfortable bed. It was set up with whatever you need but the wifi is very slow and I did end up using my work hotspot.

5 stars all around. Had a couple question regarding TV and heating/cooling that owner promptly answered. A suggestion would be to have some instructions available. Can't think of anything else owner could have done to make the place better.
