Drive 15 minutes to enjoy the historic charms of downtown St. Augustine, or head 50 minutes for a fun-filled afternoon at Daytona Beach. Grocery stores, shops and local restaurants are also a couple of minutes’ drive from your door.

Outdoors, you can listen to the sound of birdsongs and rolling waves from a lush courtyard. Or sip morning coffee and dine alfresco on a large upper-level deck.

LIVING AREAS

Natural light spills into an open living space with cool tile floors, contemporary decor, and a 42' TV equipped with Roku. A sleeper sofa, matching love seat, and a rocking chair comfortably seat six.

KITCHEN & DINING

An entertainer’s kitchen boasts chic pendant lights, a large breakfast bar that seats three, and a full suite of stainless steel appliances -- including a gas stove and side-by-side refrigerator.

BED & BATH

On the entry level, a spacious master bedroom features a king bed, a 38' TV with Roku, and access to the backyard. An en-suite bathroom adds convenience with a tub/shower combination.

Upstairs, the second and third bedroom each have a queen-size bed and a 28' TV with Roku. Both bedrooms share access to a guest bathroom with a stylish walk-in shower and glass vessel sink.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Enjoy morning coffee and alfresco dining on the upper-level deck. A large table seats six, and a bistro-style table accommodates another two.

THE LOCATION

Beach lovers will appreciate the super-easy access to the lovely beach (with no busy roads to cross), just a 5-minute walk away. A trail/walkover to the beach is just 500’ from home!

The sunny weather and gorgeous beaches are a real highlight, and so is St. Augustine’s historic downtown — located just a 15-minute drive away. Discover charming Spanish Colonial architecture, top-notch museums, and narrow cobbled lanes. Great shopping, restaurants, and family attractions await. And the horse-drawn carriage rides are a great way to see the downtown sights.

Hop in the car and head 50 minutes to Daytona Beach for more sun-filled fun, dazzling white beaches, the historic Daytona Beach Pier, and the Daytona Lagoon water park.

You will find grocery stores, shops and local eateries minutes away from the rental. Drive 3 minutes for great seafood and ribs at Haszard's Open Pit Beef at the Beach, and an extensive menu full of tasty favorites at Redfrog & McToad's Grub-n-Pub.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
