Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This property was cute and clean, no complaints other than when I was searching I was going on how close it was to the ski slope and I thought it stated 1/2 mile. It was farther than that so we did use the bus and Lyft.

We generally enjoyed the condo. It’s pretty close to the village (maybe 1-2 miles away) and best to book if you have a rental car (although the bus route isn’t very far away). One of the rooms is more of an “open air” loft, (open air / no wall between the kitchen and 2nd bedroom), but this worked just fine for us as most folks went to sleep at the same time.
Only issue we had was that there was a malfunctioning lock on the entrance door. The landlord included instructions to not lock the handle (rather, to only lock the deadbolt). We followed the instructions, but the handle somehow locked as we exited (perhaps the electrical tape that was over it moved it, not sure), so we got locked out of the condo for several hours until a locksmith could arrive. It prevented two of our party from skiing one of the days.
