The Space
Welcome to our newly renovated 1183 sq ft ranch-style home offers a comfortable and inviting stay, perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a relaxing getaway for 4 guests.

When you step inside, you’re greeted by a luminous and stylish space with a living room that features comfy sofas and a Smart TV for the perfect spot to unwind and relax after a long day of exploring the city.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to prepare meals at home. There’s a cute breakfast bar with two stools and a dishwasher for easy clean-ups!

Enjoy your meals in the dining area with the round glass table and plush chairs to seat 4 guests comfortably for good dinner conversation in a peaceful atmosphere.

There are 2 comfy bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed, the other with a queen, and they both feature Smart TVs for unwinding at night! There’s a full bathroom in the home with a tub/shower combo.

For those who need to work during their stay, we have a peaceful and dedicated office space and high-speed Wi-Fi, where you can set up your laptop and stay productive.

For outdoor and fresh air moments, there’s a lovely patio where you can enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening.

Other amenities include air conditioning, heating, a washer and dryer, a parking space in the covered carport, and your furry friend can join you here. It’s a pet-friendly property.

This is a self-check-in property using a door code for entry. Codes will be sent to you before your arrival.

You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message.

The Neighborhood
Situated in a peaceful area of south Atlanta (College Park area), just 7-8 miles from the Hartsfield-Jackson ATL Airport and a few minutes away from shopping, dining, and nightlife options, and 18 miles to downtown and popular landmarks and attractions.

Getting Around
The nearest international airport is Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL), located about 7-8 miles from the property.

There are plenty of transportation options. You can also take a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft or go by taxi. If you prefer public transportation, there are train/subway and Marta (bus) transportation options too.

Other things to note
Please note the following important information before booking:

This is Georgia! There are a lot of wooded areas. Please be aware that bugs may be seen. And while we do have pest control scheduled quarterly, bugs can still get into the home. This is out of our control, and NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. It’s best not to leave any open food out to minimize any insect visitors. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

We do not provide daily housekeeping services. However, the property will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival, and basic essentials such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and hand and body soap will be provided to get you started.

Please do not flush feminine products (i.e., tampons) or wipes in the toilet. Please use the waste basket provided. Also, do not put food or grease down the kitchen sink. A $300 charge will apply if the sink or toilet becomes clogged.

Please don’t use the towels for makeup removal. Makeup stains are very difficult to clean, and we need to charge for makeup-stained sheets and towels.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

Surveillance cameras are located in outdoor common areas and public spaces and are strictly for security reasons to ensure guests` safety.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- Guests with no prior reviews will need to send a copy of their driver`s license or government-issued photo ID to complete and confirm their reservation.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, vaping, etc.) is allowed inside the home. There is a smoke detector inside, and if evidence of smoking/vaping is discovered, there is a $250 penalty. Also, the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited.
- Parties/events are not permitted without advanced approval. Restrictions apply.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Unapproved guests are subject to a $50 fee per person fee and/or immediate cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without refund. No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.
- Check out is at 11 AM. Unapproved late checkouts are subject to a $50 fee.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.
- Do not use the address for any type of shipment. This is strictly prohibited.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets-friendly property for up to 2 pets, none over 50 lbs. Pet fee applies.
