About this house rental
BEST LOCATION EVER! Located 1.5 miles to the Kierland Commons Shopping Center. It's a 2 minute drive to the grocery store. Approximately 30 high-end bars and restaurants within 10 minutes! 21 minutes to Old Town Scottsdale. Located in a cul de sac in a quiet, safe, neighborhood. Mayo Clinic: 8 minute drive. TPC Golf Course is 7 min. away. There are three other awesome golf courses close by too! You won't waste precious time driving!

Fully equipped kitchen: stove, refrigerator, blender, toaster, soap, napkins, dishes and utensils are on site. House has a newly renovated pool with a stone walkway, Smart TV’s in each room with YouTube! A small library and several board games are on site. The backyard features a Stainless Steel BBQ Grill, outdoor couches, beautiful fire pit, 2 tables with chairs, lounge chairs, umbrellas and new landscaping. The home comes with convenient amenities: complimentary coffee,
pool towels, Linens, washer/dryer, and super comfy beds! There’s an excellent view of the Arizona sunsets from the covered patio out back!
Four cars fit on the property: two in the garage, two in the driveway. There is also plenty parking off the street. The kitchen has a Keurig style coffee maker along with a standard 12 cup pot.
You know that feeling when you walk into an upscale, stunning model home that is staged perfectly? That is exactly the feeling you will have upon entering this beautiful home! The high end details, the comfortable furniture and the open floor plan will make you so glad you decided to gather with your family or friends at this rental property…
This house is located in a stunning area on a cul-de-sac and in a very quiet and family oriented neighborhood.
There is plenty of room for your entire group to gather by either sitting at the huge quartz island, the comfortable seating area next to it or even the dining table on the other side. All within feet of each other so you can enjoy each other‘s company while someone is preparing the food. You can also look out into the stunning backyard through the sliding glass doors to keep an eye on your group that is either relaxing by the beautiful fire pit underneath the covered patio area or the people who are enjoying the pool. There is a beanbag toss game set up on the grass side of the yard for the competitive people in your group. Want to just relax and lay in the sun? Plenty of chaise lounges for you to do that on also.
Choose from one of the four bedrooms, as all the beds are extremely comfortable. Each bedroom also has a TV for anyone who wants to get away from the crowd and get a little privacy. All of the TVs are smart TVs with YouTube included. There is a king bed in the master, a queen bed in two of the spare rooms and two doubles in the fourth bedroom. We have a comfortable leather couch if you need a 9th guest. Both bathrooms were renovated with an extreme attention to detail with an upscale feel. You will honestly feel like you are staying in a five-star resort. All the bedrooms are very spacious and the master is quite large with a seating area and doors leading outside to the pool. You will not want to leave!

*Please note that staff will come to perform routine maintenance on the pool and landscaping.
*During cold months, and with 72 hours advanced notice, the pool could be heated for an additional $60 per night for the entire stay as once we turn on the heater we run it until your stay is over. The pool does take about two or three days to heat up during the cooler months. Please let me know when you book if you want to add the pool heat so I can set up a schedule to turn it on a couple days prior to your arrival. (Please note that this is heated with an electric heater as there isn’t natural gas available at this house so we could not install a gas heater, so depending on the time of the year the temperature of the pool will range anywhere from 70° to 83°. We set it at 83° but with an electric heater once it drops below 55° it takes a while to keep it heated) (please note there is a ring doorbell that does monitor the entrance to the home only)
(We also recommend you consider purchasing travel insurance thru VRBO in case something unforeseen delays your trip: weather, illness, plan changes etc…)

This home has everything you need to have a lovely vacation with family or friends! Beautiful backyard with a pool to enjoy during the day and a propane fire pit area at night! Open floor plan allows for plenty of room to gather in the dining, living room and kitchen areas! Property manager was easy to communicate with too! We enjoyed our stay!!

The host, Mark was so incredibly nice, very accommodating and quickly responded to any question I had prior to and during our stay (Feb 15-19, 2023).
Check-in and check-out was a breeze! This home was perfect for my family of 6 adults and a 15 month old (there was even a pack-n-play in the master bedroom closet but we didn't see it until after but it's nice that it's there to use). If you're staying there in the winter and want to use the pool, I recommend paying the extra $ for the heated pool. It was so worth it (pool temp was 83 degrees, outside temp around 65 degrees)!
The house was immaculate when we arrived and everything worked perfectly. We even used the outside gas fireplace too which created such a beautiful, peaceful ambiance - the wine helped too :).
The beds were really comfortable, plenty of pillows and towels. I also loved how solid the house is and you can't hear anyone in the other bedrooms or bathroom. The master bedroom opens up to the very private backyard/pool area which was so nice to have.
I also loved the open concept of the combined kitchen/living room/dining. It never felt crowded with 6+ people.
What a beautiful home to create incredible memories for you and your family/friends. I highly recommend this home! You won't want to leave :).

This was a very comfortable and nicely decorated house. We had a nice stay and the property manager was fantastic with communication. There were, however, some items that needed attention and took up our time. The outdoor furniture was in disrepair (lounge chair pads were stained, covered in bird droppings, broken and the umbrella didn't work). After spending $240 to heat the pool, we expected clean and working furniture. After hosing everything off and trying to repair it ourselves, we discovered that there was new furniture in boxes in the garage and we offered to open the boxes so we could at least use the new pads. The outdoor grill was in rough shape and would only start using a lighter. One bedroom's carpet was badly stained, and two of the bathroom fixtures were loose and falling off. A dining room chair was also so wobbly that it was dangerous to sit on. The property manager apologized for all of this and promised to attend to it all after we left. We asked for a credit for the pool heating fee as a gesture for all these issues, which was promised. The owner ultimately approved only a partial refund of this fee. If these issues were all corrected after we left I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property, but it was disappointing that they weren't identified and corrected before our stay.
