Welcome to Siren's Point! Beautifully remodeled condo w/ amazing views! Grab a cocktail and watch the sunset while listening to the waves crashing below your private covered balcony or head over to the pool with your plastic cups and enjoy the sunset with the neighbors or while soaking in the pool. Situated on the southern cliffside of St. Thomas and centrally located between Downtown Charlotte Amalie & Red Hook, our place makes it easy to get to all of the best beaches, restaurants and shopping! Everything is ready for you to fall into island time.
This spacious condo offers a fully stocked kitchen and many comforts of home, including two quiet A/C units and two large Smart TVs ready for streaming (65" in and 43") and Wi-Fi. Work remotely from paradise at our newly-added adjustable desk with large monitor. (Ready for your own computer, cords and accessories).
The following conveniences are offered, which are unusual for most rental units on island: Full-size Oven, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer AND our complex has its own Generator, so no worry of power outages here!
The bedroom provides the perfect retreat, with a very comfortable memory foam/hybrid King bed with quality linens, room darkening curtains and a 43" Smart TV on a swivel base that swings out from the wall. Nightstands are equipped with USB ports for charging devices.
While Siren's Point is the perfect romantic getaway for two, WE CAN ACCOMODATE A THIRD PERSON BY PROVIDING A HIGH QUALITY DOUBLE HIGH AIR MATTRESS, IF NEEDED.
Beach essentials, including towels, beach chairs and a cooler tote are provided for your fun-filled days at the beach!
There are three condo complexes on-site, which share access to all pools and the tennis courts. Our building is right next to the sunset pool at Sea Cliff. This is a popular evening gathering spot to take in the spectacular sunsets!
Don't feel like cooking while on vacation? No problem! There are two nearby restaurants within walking distance. Mim's Seaside Bistro (open for dinner only, reservations recommended) is located at the water's edge of Watergate condos. Iggie's Oasis Restaurant and Pool Bar is part of Bolongo Bay Beach Resort, which is a short walk down the beach. They are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner with reasonable prices. Iggie's is known for its' fun island vibe and has live music on most nights. You can take a short drive into Havensight or go the other direction and head to Red Hook. Either way, there are plenty of restaurants to suit any taste!
Guests have access to some of the amenities at the Bolongo resort, including use of the beach (all beaches on the island are public and open to everyone), paddle boards/kayaks, dive shop, scuba classes, catamaran sails, snorkeling trips, etc. Be sure to contact the resort for pricing and scheduling details.
There's so much to explore on St. Thomas and even our sister island, St. John. Hiking Trails, Ruins, Snorkeling with Turtles, Swimming with Dolphins, Deep Sea Fishing, Parasailing, Zip Line, Rent A Dinghy, Day Sails, Sunset Sails, Charter a Boat to Spend the Day on the Water, Learn to Scuba/Certified Divers try out our great spots including wreck diving and diving for lobster. Had an amazing stay here. Very clean and comfortable unit - exactly as pictured. Really appreciated the small touches that made a big difference- like the beach towels, beach chairs, and travel size shampoo/conditioner/soap, etc. The communication was excellent. They provided documents with tips and recommendations in advance of our stay, which we referred to multiple times during the trip and came in very handy.

Condo was exactly as pictured! Perfect for 2. Has everything you need to enjoy your time in St. Thomas. The balcony is shore front and we enjoyed the morning and evening views each day!

We were disappointed with this property. It has been remodeled, as advertised. However, there is much construction going on in the complex. Banging and sawing started before 7:30 in the unit immediately above us, awakening us from sleep. The owner failed to send directions from the big red barge to the complex upon request, causing us stress. The proclaimed “beach” at nearby hotel is and has been nonexistent since the hurricanes many years ago. There is little to see in the area and very limited dining. Mims restaurant on the condo grounds was good for dinner. Catamaran charters are enjoyable next to the hotel.I suggest staying elsewhere if you want more than an expensive place to stay.
