About this apartment rental
Once you step inside our foyer, you'll never want to leave. Our lovely two bedroom, two bath, 14th floor oceanfront condo with amazing oceanfront views, comfort, and a home-away-from-home atmosphere has recently undergone renovations and is ready for you and your family to enjoy.
In addition to a private access to our fabulous direct oceanfront wrap-around balcony with panoramic views, our master bedroom affords a king bed with a new hybrid mattress and a spacious walk-in closet. The master bathroom features double sinks, and a beautiful new walk-in shower.
The living room provides room for your party to gather, plan your daily activities, or wind down from a full day while watching a movie or playing a game together. The wrap-around balcony can also be accessed from the living room.
Our dining room and kitchen are located beside the living room and provide full kitchen amenities for preparing everything from your morning coffee to a tasteful meal, quick snacks, and keeping the beverages chilled!
We have a guest bedroom with two queen beds, and the guest bathroom has an updated tub/shower combo to ensure you can rinse off the ocean salt before beginning your next fun-filled adventure!
Our condo provides a full-size washer and dryer; and the bed, bath, and kitchen linens as well as bath toiletries, toilet tissue, blow dryers in both bathrooms, dishwasher packets and dishwashing detergent, washer detergent, dryer sheets, and coffee and creamer are provided for your convenience.
Guests are welcome to use the seasonal pool and hot tub at Brighton Tower; however, the Kingston Plantation Resort fitness center and other facilities and the Embassy Suites Complex Splash Park and other resort pools are not accessible to private vacation rental guests. Kingston Plantation also offers a 24-hour security gate.
The Plantation itself is conveniently located near fabulous shopping venues such as Tanger Outlets and Barefoot Landing. It is also 145 acres of lush tropical landscaping and a half a mile of white, sandy beach. Pier fishing is steps away at the Apache Pier.

The beauty of this property is it's location. Easy drives to restaurants and shopping and a large balcony to enjoy oceanfront sunrise and moonrise. Good security, nice pool, We would stay here again

Much more beautiful in person than the pictures online. Beautiful views, plenty of space to spread out. The view from the balcony was breathtaking with amazing sunrises and a great breeze. Plenty of seating and dining area on the patio to enjoy the sunsets. Both bedrooms were equipped with space to put our clothes away and walk in closets. The kitchen could use a update on a coffee machine. No matter what button pushed. It would only fill a cup half way and it was noisy. However, I was happy to have some coffee rather than none at all. There are some furniture pieces that needed a good dusting. We had issues the first night with the TV not working but someone came to fix it the next day; it is definitely an outdated TV. Every time I laid my clothes out they would get hair on them. It took me a time or two to figure out that the bed spread had animals hair all over it which made me uncomfortable to think about the linen not being cleaned. This made me look more closely and I found hair in the chair and in the corners; all in the master bedroom. If they are going to allow pets then they should do a deep clean after. There was a slow drain in the master bathroom. Overall, I would stay again because of the beautiful views, spacious home, quick responses and resolutions but highly recommend updated furniture, coffee maker, and televisions and a good spring cleaning. I give 3 stars for cleanliness.
