Welcome to Union Crossroads - This 3 bedroom vacation home is located at the entrance to this beautiful Cottonwood Village community next to a nice city park. It sleeps 12 and is perfect for any group accommodations such as family reunions, convention groups, travel groups, ski groups, large families, Young Living and doTERRA groups, corporate housing, temporary relocation housing, traveling executives, displaced families, and people in-between homes. You'll love this private park-side location within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and a city park with ball fields and pavilion. Enjoy world famous skiing at nearby Cottonwood Resorts (Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, and Solitude). Convenient access to freeway to downtown Salt Lake.
Amenities include city park next door with picnic tables and pavilion, great room with 30 foot ceiling, additional living with gas fireplace and second TV, beautiful full kitchen with bar and large dining table, and a private deck with private hot tub and mature pine and aspen trees.
In addition to this home, if you need space for even more people, you have the option of renting all 9 homes in this private community. Contact us for availability and to make arrangements. Renting all the homes together makes for a perfect home base for a family reunion or family gathering for any special occasion, family vacation, 50th wedding anniversary celebration, or a group ski vacation. You can also rent groupings of homes should you not need all 9 homes.
This home is dog-friendly, with a $100 fee per dog. No cats. If you are planning on bringing your furry friend, please make the appropriate selection at check-out or inform us directly so that we may update your reservation accordingly. Maximum 2 pets allowed unless approved otherwise (please contact us for approval). Failure to notify us may result in a fine of $500. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a pleasant stay for all guests.

The property was nice, very convenient to everything and shopping. It worked for our time there. I would have liked to have a scrub brush for the dishes and maybe a bit more laundry soap (grateful for the sample sized box that I stumbled upon).

Came to ski Snowbird and it was the perfect location. Close to the canyon, but also close to great restaurants and activities in Sandy during the evening. The property manager was super communicative, and we have had TERRIBLE communication with VRBO manager in the past, so this was very appreciated. The property was nice, clean and had everything we needed for the stay!

We arrived around 7pm, after a very long day of flight cancellations, delays, and an unplanned Uber from Provo. We walked into a unit that had not been cleaned since the last guests. All of the bedding and towels were dirty and lying in a pile on the floor in front of the washing machine. We immediately contacted the after hours number but it took 3 calls and over 2 hours to finally be given the code to a locked closet upstairs, where we found enough clean sheets for the beds.The next morning, housekeeping showed up. She was very nice and spent several hours getting our property in order. The unit was spacious and mostly as described but we also had the following issues with the unit:The hot tub was filthy and stagnant. It had obviously not been cleaned in awhile so we did not use it. The toilets repeatedly clogged. Maintenance came out once and used an auger on the downstairs toilet but even it clogged again a few days later. The master bathroom smelled like sewage for hours after the shower was used. The shower was used multiple times per day so that was a lot of time the bathroom smelled, spilling over into the master bedroom. There is obviously some plumbing issues going on with this unit. The beds were not comfortable at all. The master bedroom mattress felt like it was at least 15 years old. I didn’t sleep on the others but when we checked out, they didn’t feel much better. There were also no ping pong balls to go with the ping pong table.
