Super clean, great location just perfect for our family of 6! WillConsider again when we come back to the Smokey’s

Cabin was very clean and nice. Beds very comfortable! Love the location! However, the hot water runs out super fast so majority of guests are left taking cold showers.. this is even with everyone taking quick showers. For a cabin that is 4 bedrooms and holds so many people you would think it would have a better hot water heater. Also, it wasn’t decorated for Christmas like we hoped! Every December, every cabin we stay in is always decorated for the holidays! WiFi is awfulll!

The cabin was conveniently located. The beds were comfortable. This biggest disadvantage with this cabin is the set up. If you are there with a family with different ages it doesn't really work. I should have looked at the set up more closely. The open loft with the game room is right above the living area - so if some of the group was playing upstairs you could not hear downstairs or even have a conversation. At night when the younger kids went to bed - the dining table where we played cards and games we had to be extremely careful about our noise level. We definitely could not be in the game room after kids went to bed - noise level would have been too loud - even with sleep machines. The hot tub was great - kitchen was fine. Bathroom situation was a little odd - 2 bedrooms upstairs with 1 1/2 bath - one of the bedrooms was the bunk room so had to change around bath schedule with the 2 bedrooms downstairs with full baths. Kitchen was fine. Communication was not great before our stay but fine during our stay. For a family that rises and goes to bed at the same time it is fine.
