Welcome to Emerald Isle 1604, a fully renovated Gulf-front condo offering bright, open living spaces and expansive views of the Gulf of Mexico. With wraparound windows, updated interiors, and direct balcony access, this two-bedroom retreat is ideal for families or small groups seeking a comfortable beachfront stay.
The living area is filled with natural light and features comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and sliding glass doors that open to a private balcony overlooking the water. The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a dining table with seating for six, and additional bar seating for four.
The primary bedroom offers a king bed, balcony access, and Gulf views, along with a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen bed and easy access to a full bathroom. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping accommodations.
Guests have access to resort amenities including direct beach access via a private boardwalk, two Gulf-front pools (one seasonally heated), a fitness center with sauna, and outdoor showers. Seasonal beach service with two chairs and one umbrella is included (March–October, weather permitting).

Room was clean. There was a bug in the bathtub but didn’t see any after. (Didn’t tell the wife) Ocean / Beachfront views are great! Unfortunately the weather wasn’t good.. The annoying:No bathroom counter space. The bad:The mattress and squeaky bed in the master. The quality of the paper products?!? Come on man… Paying good money per night for cheap ass 1 ply toilet paper, tissues, and paper towels! 1 of 2 elevators in the place workedWe stayed 4 nights. It was chilly.. Hot tub was not working 2 of the nights.. No direct access to maintenance.. I reported the hot tub wasn’t working. (Twice) Apparently they didn’t acknowledge the first. Bad luck I guess..

Good location. Details not so good. One dish towel, limited bathing towels, no beach towels, no extra pillows or sheets for pull out couch (Just a blanket).
