About this apartment rental
Unit A131 is a newly remodeled condo designed to keep our guests relaxed after a fun day in the sun.
Our condo is ~1300 sq ft boasting 2 bedrooms, a bunk alcove, sleeper sofa, full kitchen, and 2.5 bathrooms. Located on the ground level, A131 is close to the covered parking garage, making unloading your car a breeze. You will never have to climb stairs or wait for an elevator – Perfect for both young and older families!
Both bedroom suites offer a full master bathroom equipped with large walk-in showers, sink vanities, and soaking tubs. Both bedrooms and bunk beds in this unit have TVs and brand new mattresses.
Our kitchen is well stocked with a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, cooking utensils, bake ware, and everything to make, serve, and store meals. The kitchen opens up to a dining room and a spacious living room equipped with a large flat screen TV and DVD player. The large sectional can be converted into a queen sofa sleeper.
This is a one-of-a-kind resort style condominium that hosts an array of outdoor amenities!! Waterscape offers a children’s splashpad, hot tubs, a lay-z river, a seasonally heated upper level pool, and a zero entry pool with an agility course and waterfall. There are gas grills located around the pools and a seasonal cantina. The adults only fitness center is open 24/7. Waterscape is a beachfront property (meaning we have direct access to the beautiful beach, no driving or long walks!!).
This unit is OWNER MANAGED. This is our family’s personal vacation home and we are available for questions anytime during booking and through your stay.
** EXTRA INCLUSIONS**
A complimentary essentials starter pack is available on check in day to allow you to settle in and start enjoying your vacation. This includes toiletries, coffee pods, toilet paper, paper towels, dish and laundry pods, and garbage bags. These items will get you by until you pick up groceries at one of the many nearby stores.
We provide seasonal beach service (chairs and umbrella set up daily), a beach cart and folding chairs for your use.
Various board games are also available for family enjoyment.

The condo was super clean and smelled wonderful. The beds were comfortable and the linens were clean. Sara was super sweet and responded to all my questions right away (literally 2 minutes after I asked a question). The property was beautiful and room location was awesome!! Definitley reccomend anyone looking to book with Sara!

We had such a pleasant and enjoyable stay at the Waterscape. The unit was clean and had everything we needed and more. Beds were comfortable, everything worked great and kitchen had everything we needed as we cooked in for lunches or dinners Very convenient location where we could walk right out on the beach or across the street to restaurants. It even was stocked with a beach wagon and toys for the little ones. So happy we chose this unit and Sara was a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be looking to see if this unit is available again on our next visit.

We have been wanting to travel to this area forever and finally found a way to make it happen. Our condo was absolutely perfect for our few days. They kids lived in the lazy river whenever we were there. The location was great. The room itself was very well appointed and we loved the boogie boards that we were able to take with us to other beaches as well. We were so comfortable and would definitely recommend this exact location. The owner was very kind and gave hints and help all along the way. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us.

The property was just as listed, and it was great.
Had everything we could've needed and accommodated our group perfectly.
Such a fun place with lots of activities for children!
