Your 4-bedroom Oasis: pool, spa, gym, and more

We booked this rental last minute and it turned out to be a great meeting place for our extended family. It is functional, clean, fully stocked, and everything worked. The owner and the Property Manager were exceptionally communicative and responsive. The owner seemed to really care that our experience was excellent. The private sunny backyard had loads of seating options. Our grandkids spent the majority of their time in or by the pool. Lots of options for shade from the large pergola across the back of the house. The pool was kept sparkling clean and maintained 2x/week by a friendly pool maintenance crew. The hot tub heated quickly and we enjoyed it often: early morning, after golf, on cooler days and with grandkids after swimming. Greg heated the pool for us on the days our grandkids were there; it heated to a perfect 30C and was enjoyed for hours and hours by our 2, 3 and 5 year old visitors. Loads of floaties and two swim vest/waterwings were used daily. Lots of pool toys too, including the kids (and adults) favorite - the floating underwater torpedo gun! Our daughter had safety turtles on her toddlers all of the time when adults weren’t outside, which was important, as a couple of them were just strong enough to unlock and escape through the sliding doors. We enjoyed the new gas Weber BBQ every day and it worked great. All the beds had comfortable dense foam mattresses. One of the bedrooms, separate from the other three, has an inclining mattress The kitchen had all the essentials, with some extras such as a nutri-bullet and Nespresso maker. Lots of TV options, all easy to operate, and a game console in the family room with lots of pre loaded games. The AC worked well through our visit, and when it needed maintenance, Fred, the property manager, responded immediately and had it repaired within the day. Ceiling fans in all the rooms worked well and we used them while the AC was being repaired. The AC and vent were a bit loud for the light sleepers in our group. The house is in a safe, friendly gated community; an easy 12-15 minute drive from the airport, 5 minute drive to a pharmacy and a 10 minute drive to large grocery stores. We had groceries delivered to the house by Albertsons and Sprouts. The community is in a breezy area of Palm Springs; helpful on really hot days and very windy on others. Overall, we enjoyed and recommend this vacation rental.

Our stay was for 3 months and we pleased to have such a nice big home. It was clean, nicely situated, great space with a lovely pool and spa. The spa is a big plus with this property as is the host Greg. Whenever we need anything he was always prompt to respond and always anxious to make sure we were satisfied. Greg cares about his guests and wants to be sure you will have a good experience. The mattresses are extremely clean and apppear to be brand new. The pool table was a lot of fun as well. If you choose not to heat the pool there are 3 others, one of which is one street over and easy to walk over. The outdoor space at the house has very nice comfy outdoor furniture, a brand new BBQ and some fun floats for the pool. You dont need to hesitate or wonder if this is a property you will like, you will be very happy with your choice here.
