Great house and host. Clean rooms, all the kitchen supplies you could want. Awesome character in the house

Pros:—Beautiful spacious home—Well equipped kitchen—Beautiful outdoor space—Great location to downtown—Nice fluffy robes in each room—Host is quick to respond to any questionsCons:*Please know that even with these notes, we still rate the property as 5 stars as the pros and the magnificence of the home outweigh any cons*—No use of laundry facilities. upon further review, the home description doesn’t say it’s included, however, it’s odd that a whole-house rental at that level doesn’t include washer/degree access for guests. —The pool was dirty and we spent a decent amount of time cleaning it before using but I’m sure it isn’t an easy job with the mature trees surrounding the property. —The glass table in the kitchen walkway is a hazard and a couple people ended up with bruises at the height of the table. We ended up putting a tablecloth on it to make it more visible —No closet access in the primary bedroom. There was a standalone rack with a total of 3 hangers. —be aware, No standard hotel-like amenities such as conditioner—Prior to booking the host confirmed the pool is heated may-September which we interpreted as actually heated whenever we want to use it. When we arrived to a cold pool and inquired about the heating, the host said it’s only during certain hours of the day. We found the pool too cool to be submerged but it was good enough to be on top of the water in floaties.

We had a fantastic stay at this house for our girls trip! The home was very clean, spacious and plenty of room for our group to relax and spend time together. Location was ideal -close to downtown. The host was accommodating, communicative, and really easy to work with throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it for big groups and families!

There need to be instructions when you check in and out. There was nothing. We went down on Friday for Funeral for my husbands mother. We didn't get code for gate until after 4:00 didn't work. we spent half an hour trying to get in, they finally buzzed thru the gate. We had Rosary at 6:00, barely got there on time. We booked this 3 weeks ahead, when we got there master bed not made, someone's stuff in bathroom, toilet was dirty in two of the bathrooms. We had to look all over for everything. For the money, not impressed. We have stayed in many VRBO's and the houses for clean and had instructions on what to do and where to find items. It was like they weren't expecting us.Won't be booking this one again.
