Someone from our staff personally checks your rental before your arrival to make sure everything is ready for you!! CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed in fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bathmats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.
WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up at each property like a hotel, so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.
SPECIAL NOTES
* Must be 25 or older to rent this property.
* No pets allowed.
* Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security.
* No oversized vehicles or trailers allowed to park.
* No smoking allowed – this is strictly enforced by the onsite security.
* Please do not throw items off the balconies. Doing so will result in immediate eviction by security.

The host was welcoming and communicated well. The condo was so clean and had everything we needed. The complex was clean and a great distance from the beach. Can’t wait to return!

Everything was great about our stay and the condo was wonderful. We came for a short trip for my daughter's birthday. BUT
The check-in process leaves a lot to be desired. We arrived at our condo shortly after the 4pm check-in time. We did not receive our access codes for almost 3 hours. We had to sit in the parking lot on the phone for 3 hours with VRBO because we only got a voicemail box from the property managers.
