The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Finally got what we wanted, on the beach. I have been told everytime "on the beach" only to get there and have to walk 6 blocks to the beach. Or I can't even see the beach. The condo was also very comfortable, nicely set up with all we needed. Bonus the hot tub was hot.....

Had a great time. The rooms were good and clean . Great location with plenty or beach and bay access. Fun for the family. Peaceful and not as busy as the main Gulfshores but not to far away.

Fisherman’s Paradise! Easy access to boat slips. Trailer parking is convenient but “outside” of fenced area. Comfortable with nice amenities in condo.
Had problem with door lock and air conditioning. Property manager was extremely nice. We did get problems resolved but it took time.
