We have been renting vacation homes for over 20 years and this home is on our top favorites list! It is one of the cleanest, most well stocked homes we have ever rented! The location was excellent, both in proximity to orlando and within the resort itself. No rear neighbors can be a "vacation saver" especially at peak times of the year! The pool area had furniture that was well cared for and provided plenty of seating to hang out outside. Everything in the game room was in top shape and good working order. The family spent an absurd amount of time playing air hockey and video games. The bedrooms were well thought out in terms of necessities and luxuries! Finally, the owners and management company were absolutely amazing to work with! Don't hesitate to book this home. We can't recommend it enough!

We are sure that we left the house cleaner than it was when we arrived.
The owner was very quick to react and sent a team to clean. But it was then clear that the problem resides on the cleaning company which we advise the owner to change.
He accepted the complaint an credited a compensation.
The house is amazing and very well placed. I would rent it again just getting sure that the owner would send a team to clean it properly :-)

We had a great experience in this huge villa in Emerald Island resort. The villa is fantastically well equipped with themed bedrooms, the lanai/pool area is large and private, and the location is so close to Disney and the main routes to other parks.
Roger and the property manager were prompt and helpful when we had questions, and acommated us with a late checkout.
Overall I would definitely recommend the villa, and would stay here again myself.

The property was even more accommodating than described; there was an abundance of towels, toiletries, kitchen supplies, and games for the family to utilize on our trip. The home was immaculately cleaned prior to our arrival, the game room entertained the children all week, and the pool was hot!!
This is our new go-to rental for the Orlando area.
