Welcome to the Greenhouse, a cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bath house tucked in a quaint neighborhood in the pines. Minutes from downtown Flagstaff, NAU, Snowbowl, the FUTS (Flagstaff Urban Trail System), Flagstaff Airport and more, this newly updated home is a nod to midcentury form and function.
The property is well-appointed with plenty to do for the whole family. A backyard playset, outdoor yoga room, large patio, well-stocked game cabinet and big screen TV are at the ready. If you are planning a flexcation (working vacation), the high-speed internet and private office space will suit your needs.

Situated on a well-maintained paved road with a 2-car garage, there is ease of access whether you are arriving after a long day of skiing or heading out to the North Pole Experience or dinner downtown.

The house is about 1800 sq. ft. and comfortably sleeps 6. The split floor plan has two bedrooms (1 king / 2 twins) and a bathroom on one side and an office / queen bed and bathroom on the other side. Bedrooms are tucked behind pocket doors creating space for privacy and quiet respite.
The kitchen is equipped with stove, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, pots and pans, spices, etc. ‘The Nook’ is a separate dining room with a coffee bar and large, open picture windows. Full-sized washer and dryer are available in the mudroom.
Put your feet up and relax next the fire in the cozy family room or enjoy the crisp mountain air on the back deck underneath the majestic Ponderosa pines and bright starry skies.

We’ve stayed at this beautiful home two years in a row for our kids’ NAU graduations. Both stats were absolutely fantastic! The house is beautiful and exactly what we needed for our stay! The location is perfect! Easy check in/out and great communication with the home owners! Would definitely recommend! 10/10

We so enjoyed our stay at this property. It is so well maintained and was a great fit for our family. The one level design was good with a toddler. The older grandson enjoyed playing hide and seek, and the playing on the playset in the back yard. The split floor plan was ideal so that our kids had their own area and we had ours. The kitchen is well stocked, but dishwasher was not working. We would definitely stay here again and it was a good escape from the Vegas heat for our kids. We enjoyed daily morning walks through the neighborhood, a day trip to Sedona, scenic drive back with a stop for lunch along a creek, Bearizona, farmer's market, cute walks downtown and especially the marketplace, the breweries, the train cafe and train at the visitor's center was a hit with our toddler, the parks, and definitely will visit Lowell Observatory when they are a bit older! A big thank you to the hosts for rebooking when we got busy and did not reply to the first email.

This home is beautiful and well equipped making our stay so enjoyable. The home is immaculate and very comfortable. The hostess is so accommodating and very responsive. We look forward to renting this property again.!
