Beautiful quiet home in cove with dock

This beautiful home is a nice quiet place for getaway with family and friends. Great fishing and lakefront view. Will definitely be back. Suggestions-Windows need screens from bugs

We are old team mates from an athletic team who were coming together for a reunion and to remember one of our team mates who sadly passed away last year. We used to go to the lake 20 yrs ago when we were all first together so we felt it was the right place to unite. The house was wonderful and the lake was magical. Honestly the perfect place in every way for our reunion which we will never forget. Thank you

Large house (5bd / 2 1/2ba) on the lake that has plenty of space for 12 people. Positives: Location, # of bedrooms, pool table, ping pong table, 2 kayaks, fire pit. We had a great time at the house and on the lake by renting a pontoon boat at Skippers which we were able to tie up at the house's dock for lunch. The reason for the 4 star review was that the dishes and pans were not well cleaned by the previous guest so we had to run everything thing through the dishwasher. If you do stay here bring your own beach towels for the lake and kitchen supplies. There was no foil, plastic wrap, spices, extra garbage can liners, etc in the cupboards. I recommend this house for large groups our kids loved the place.

Tim was a great host and very responsive to messages and questions, however, there are several issues with the property itself. First, there are dogs VERY close to the property that bark constantly. My in-laws stayed in the front bedroom and hardly got any sleep due to incessant barking, and I could hear them in the back bedroom. Obviously Tim has no control over this as they seem to belong to the neighbor, but it was definitely not an enjoyable experience. Second, the playground is completely unstable and almost fell onto my 4-year-old nephew as soon as he sat down on one of the swings. Third, the shared bathroom shower was clogged up and drained very slowly, the mat inside the shower was moldy, and there was a loofa left in the shower from a previous stay. Fourth, the air conditioning is not powerful enough to cool the entire house. We booked this house solely based on the fact that it had enough beds for our party of 11, but the entire upstairs was too hot to sleep in and we had kids sleeping on hardwood floors downstairs for the duration of the stay, which was not ideal. We did have an issue with there only being 2 towels when we checked in, but Tim had the cleaning crew bring more the next day. I did make Tim aware of the issue with the playground and shower, so hopefully those are addressed.
