About this house rental
Beautiful lake front house! Relax in an amazing, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, pool, grill, plenty of seating inside and out, relax while fishing off the deck or dock, plenty of patio and seating with a wrap around porch, swim in the pool or lake. Sleeps 10
** There is a separate apartment bldg available to rent separately if you need a little more space for an additional rate (2 bedroom, Full Kitchen, and 1 grand Bath, Washer and Dryer as well).

The property is fully furnished and your daily rate does include all utilities, housewares, lawn care, and everything you need to feel at home.
We work with all of the major Insurance companies as well as most of the Temporary Housing providers. If you’ve been displaced due to an insurance claim, we are very familiar with the process and would be happy to work with these agencies to get you into the home as quickly and easily as possible.
Our minimum stay is 3 days and there is no maximum stay. To avoid Hotel Occupancy Taxes, you must book for 30 days or more. Understanding that plans may change, we will work with you to help ensure you can extend your stay until you are ready to leave. Need more room? For larger groups, you can rent our adjacent 3‑bedroom guest house (available for an additional fee), which sleeps up to 11 people. When booked together, both homes offer exclusive access between them—ideal for families or friends traveling together. Local Highlights at Eagle Mountain Lake. 1) Located just across from a full-service marina, you can easily rent pontoons, ski boats, tritoons, kayaks, or paddleboards. Eagle Mountain Marina offers wet/dry slips, trailer storage, ship-store amenities, ramps, fuel dock—and rentals right on-site. 2) Eagle Mountain Lake spans approximately 8,700 acres, known for boating, fishing (bass, crappie, catfish), wakeboarding, and scenic cruising. 3) Nearby Eagle Mountain Park features 20+ miles of hiking trails, wildlife viewing (deer, birds, even bison), picnic shelters, and peaceful bluff overlooks of the lake. 4) The area around the lake includes more dining and recreation than you’d expect—Sammys on the Lake, Eagle Mountain Landing Café, Lynn’s Saloon, and others offer local flavor—many with live music or lakeside ambiance. 5) Other amenities nearby include golf courses, the Fort Worth Nature Center & Refuge, and local historical attractions like the Fort Worth Stockyards, all within easy driving distance.

Great time in the pool and on the lake. We stayed here about 3 years ago and have been trying to get back again. We were fortunate there was a last-minute cancellation, and we were able to book it. The place had some nice updates and upgrades since the last time we stayed. It rained for part of the time we were there, but the TV, games and puzzles helped pass the time!! Looking forward to the next time we can book.

This house everything we need for staycation. Plenty of room for our granddaughters. Swimming pool was great. They loved the dock for fishing and so much fun catching small perch

Hi , first time in Texas to celebrate our Lao new year!!! Adam's lake house was the best place we could've got...the lao temple was only fews minutes away and after a long hours walking under the hot sun at the temple, nothing better than relaxing and cooling down by the pool...plenty of convenience store close by...what ever you need was only minutes away...everyone was amazed and happy about the lake house...we had a great time!!! Will definitely consider returning to this lake house if we coming back to the Saginaw lao new year!!! Adam was very helpful with all the neex we had ..house is pretty much stock with everything you need to make you feel like home...
