"Holden Shores" is a stunning and impressive 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath oceanfront delight, with picturesque views of the ocean and marsh, and its own private swimming pool!
Located on the quiet west end of beautiful Holden Beach, "Holden Shores" is tastefully designed and stylishly decorated. Filled with modern and comfortable furnishings, hardwood floors and modern lighting throughout, your family will appreciate the spacious, open-concept living room/dining room/kitchen combination. The cook in your family will love preparing gourmet homecooked meals in the well-stocked kitchen, complete with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a center kitchen island with bar seating for 4. But wait...there's more! The best part is the expansive view of the sparkling Atlantic Ocean from anywhere in the room!
You will discover 4 master suites - Bedroom #1 is located on the 1st level, offering a Queen bed, TV and full private bath with tub/shower combo. Bedroom #2 is located on the 1st level, offering a Queen bed, TV and full private bath with tub/shower combo. Bedroom #3 is located on the 2nd level, offering a King bed, TV, balcony access and full private bath with tub/shower combo. Bedroom #4 is located on the 2nd level, offering 2 sets of Twin bunk beds, TV, balcony access and shares a bathroom. Bedroom #5 is located on the 2nd level, offering a King bed, TV, balcony access and full private bath with tub/shower combo. You will appreciate the sitting room in the loft area, complete with a TV and a Queen sofa bed (bed linens not provided for sofa bed).
With your private beach boardwalk, you will have your toes in the sand in no time. Walk the golden "Holden Shores" searching for the perfect seashells, or do some surf fishing, just outside your door. After your day on the beach, wash away the sand and sea in the enclosed outdoor shower, complete with hot & cold water. Dine outdoors...oceanside! My family and I enjoyed this vacation tremendously. Beautiful house and only steps to the beach! The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and well equipped with what we needed. The only negative I would say is that some of the outdoor furniture was broken and needs to be replaced. Also, one of the doors leading to the deck on an upstairs bedroom was very rusted and was hard to open and close. Other than that, great memories were made! We’d definitely rent this house again!

We enjoyed our time at his home. Very nice layout and set up for families with kids. Located in the beach with great views from the main living areas and upstairs bedrooms. Nice quiet area, with a few things to do with in 3 to 5 minute drive over the bridge. Pool area could be spruced up a little but really minor detail. The property management was attentive. Overall we had a great stay!
