Amber was more than accommodating and helpful with our evacuation. Her neighbors are friendly and helpful. Location is excellent for all kinds of things.

Great stay

Everything was great and as advertised. Location wasn’t bad and in the area we needed to be close to. Would have been nice to have a washer and dryer.

Amber was very responsive and helpful. Stay was nice, neighborhood was quiet. Property was clean and well maintained.

Overall great stay, Amber let us check in early too. No problems at all.

This place was perfect for my 3 day trip to Ft. Lauderdale for a conference. Clean, easy check-in and close to downtown Ft. Lauderdale.

First off, Let me just say. We are from Fort Lauderdale, Born and Raised. We moved out of state last Summer. I wouldn't have never booked if we new it was off Sunset Strip in the hood. The area was listed as Sunrise. That area is actually Lauderhill FL. However, the owner is rude, my husband locked the bottom lock by accident. Which anyone in the right mind would want to do the same thing due to area with your belongings left inside .When we where leaving for the day. When we got back its 9pm. We contacted the owner to come unlock the door . We ended been stuck in the car for almost 2hrs until someone showed and opened the door to the house. She was literally going back and forth with me. I was so discussed, we rented property from you but you be combative. There no signs by the alarm or on the door saying Don't lock the bottom lock. But she has signs everywhere else about blinds, house rules etc.. She sent one email with the check-in about the door code with don't lock the bottom lock . No other time was it mention. We have a smart home in GA. She needs to have keyless lock for the bottom. So this is never a problem again. The back room was so hot we slept with no cover on the whole time. It was no fan in the room to have better circulation in the room. Also, it no dresser/ chester/night table stand or closet to put your items in. We had to live out of suitcase for 5 nights. The room my kids had a make shift closet with the air conditioner handler in. One bathroom for 4 people. Hard beds, base boards in the house was dirty. I would never stay here again. If you basic necessities , this place for you. But you get what you pay for. I should known by the price. You definitely get what you pay for mediocre accomodations.

Stayed here before leaving on a cruise. Nice overall property and central location.

Owner allowed us to check in early, which was great. A bit concerned about the cobwebs when you look up in the kitchen. Short on linens - 4 towels for 4 people / 5 days. And no top sheets on the bed. It’s a problem for us because the rules said not to turn the thermostat down below 75 and there was only fur blankets available for one of the rooms, especially since we don’t sleep well when it’s warm. The house was about 15/20 minutes from everything we wanted to see/do. Owner was quick to respond to messages and checked in with us to see how things were going.

It was just as described it was clean and looked just like the pictures. Easy location it was close to so many beaches and grocery stores and not too far away from Miami. The neighborhood was quiet and I have no complaints. Overall I had a great stay.

Amber was so communicative and repainted back fast to any concern I had, neighbors were friendly as well. House was clean, snacks were available. Everything was just how it was on the pics! I definitely would stay again if I’m back in Sunrise Florida!

We weren't at the property often, was fairly quiet when we were there. Property over time could use a bit of an update. Overall for the money and what we used it for it was fine.

The unit itself was fine And the owner was hospitable. The neighborhood however I would not bring kids to. It was a bit sketchy

Our family with 4 kids stayed here for a week and had a great time. Easy access to Ft Lauderdale, Miami, Florida Keys, etc. Amber was a great host and responded to all of our inquiries very quickly.

To sum my stay up. I give a 5 star rating, nice and clean, and comfortable.

It was a great place to stay. In next visit we will use it again.

For a group of four this location would be fine. In the listing the owner stated that it would sleep six and was definitely not set up for six people. We had one of our children using towels as blankets on the couch on Christmas Eve. House had a slight smell of smoke when we arrived which affected my wife who is allergic to smoke. Beds only had fitted sheet and the comforter on them. Would be nice to have another sheet as well as sleeping blanket under the comforter. Was a little weird having only the comforter for warmth.

Everything was wonderful. Great experience. Communication was amazing.

The whole process was easy and breeze. House was just as it is pictured. Owner was very responsive to any questions and made sure everything was good at the property.

Property was as listed, super clean and comfy felt like home away from home. Would definitely stay here again
